I think it's a good thing Disney is starting to compete with Cartoon Network. The two channels are companies that want to make profit after all and the only way they can do that is by getting the most views. That's why the two channels are making such good cartoons at the moment. If they don't, the other channel will get more views than them. Nickelodeon has left this cartoon battlefield a while ago and is foccusing more and more on sitcoms. (That's a shame, because they had pretty good cartoons with Avartar, rugrats, hey Arnold, Catdog, invader Zim en more.) The only two fighting companies left are CN and Disney. CN has had the upper-hand for too long and was becoming lazy with the quality of it's cartoons; showing more and more re-runs and making way to many spin-offs. Now Disney has come in the race and CN has realised that it has to do more to keep its topposition as cartoongiant. That's why it's a shame Disney is canceling Wander over Yonder and ending Gravity falls; it feels like they're giving up. However, that was not the case. The two channels are both doing very good. Nickelodeon is the real loser here. Cartoons are becoming more and more popular and  Nickelodeon has realised that too late. They try to make a come-back in the cartoon race with The legend of Kora, Havey Beaks and Breadwinners, but their ideas of a "Good" cartoon are hopelessly twisted and I don't think Nickolodeon will ever produce the quality cartoons they once had. Anyway, I hope that Disney and CN keep increasing the quality of their cartoons and that they will become even more fun to watch. Good job you guys!
