I know a lot of you are going to disagree with me, but this is my personal opinion, so no hate. (This list may change in the future, due to new episodes or a change in opinion.)
Also new rule: no more than one song per episode. This breaks my heart, but Otherwise half of the list would consist of mr. Greg songs.
10. Haven't you noticed
I love this song so much! It's extremely popmusic-ish and I watched it over and over again when the episode came out. I know all the lyrics and just love to sing it, but my family and friends are not so happy with my choice of music. And... Steven in a skirt. Just fabulous.
9. Be wherever you are
This song just gives me a vacation feeling and I don't now why. I love the way Lars and Sadie are bonding and Steven just being himself. I didn't like the episode itself that much, but the song made my day anyway.
8. Full disclosure
This song is so sad! I know for sure almost anyone can relate to this. We've all had that one moment in our lives that we had to choice between a friend/ familymember and our duties. I love the way this episode and song handles this.
7. Love like you
We still don't know which character sings the song, but what we do know, is that this song is epic. It gives me a warm feeling everytime I listen to it and makes me really feel like I'm at home. I think everyone can relate to this song as well. (I think everyone can relate to (almost) every steven universe song, to be honest.)
6. Strong in the real way
This is a training complication done well. Take that, other cartoons! It gives a special message and makes us really feel the bitterness of pearl towards sugalite.
5.Steven Universe extended themesong
This one song just sums up whole season 1. It's just incredible. Besides, my little brother can sing it too. We always watch the episodes together and we always sing the songs together. I've learned him most of them, but he likes this one the most. Bonus point: It's the longest song of the series.
4.Do it for him/her
Yes, another pearl song. But those are just really good. It gives us a deeper look into the relationship pearl and rose had and shows us another training complication done well. Aaaaaaand, another epic fightscene. I just thought Connie looked badass with the sword and bandages and stuff.
3. Stronger than you
Jailbreak... Was... The... Best... No explanation needed. The lyrics and rap was just sooooo gooooddd and peridot was awsome. Epic fightscene that suited the music perfectly. Ruby... Saphire... Just to much awsomeness for my brain.
2. Here comes a thought
Stevonnie has a really nice singing voice and this song is beautifully sung. It's really relaxing to listen to and the animation for it works really good with the song.
1. It's over, isn't it
Best episode ever. Everything was amazing about it and I had a hard time choosing one of these wonderful songs. It broke my heart to choose only one, but rules are rules. This is also the episode I cried the hardest.
