Just when the world seems to be ending due to Trump becoming the new president, we get a sign from the gods that maybe everything will get better and with that I mean animation. LOTS OF ANIMATION. No kidding. The gods of animation have blessed us this year.

Not only has cartoon network premiered some awesome pilots which has sparked a lot of interest by viewers (Infinity train as the primary example) as well as samurai jack getting a continuation on adult swim. It doesn't even stop there! Invader Zim is getting a full-lenght animated feature film on nick as well! And to top it all of: Young justice is getting a long awaited third season.

I'll upload a chaptre about infinity train and prehaps some chapters about cartoon network's mini-sodes later, so I'm not going to talk about it much here, but it's definetly worth a watch.

It has been announced quite some time ago that samurai jack is getting a new season on adult swim and I'm pretty hyped. I haven't catched up with it yet, but I sure will in the future and I really like it from what I've seen so far, especially the artstyle and characters. The reason why it is aired on adult swim instead of cartoon network is that the creators wanted to have the freedom to show more violance, so they can air the show at it's fullest potential.

Also, supposingly one of the creators of some cartoonshows on nickolodeon has announced that they are making an invader zim movie. That's great news, because invader zim was the best animated show nick had to offer, but was brutaly cancelled. The style of this show is incredible and often on the line of disgusting and brilliant. I'm so glad they're still making something after all this time, because it didn't look like we would get the answers to all the questions that the show presented and I really want to see it.

While we're on the subject of criminaly cancelled shows: They're bringing Young Justice back!!! They cancelled it after a lack of toy sales, but now they're bringing it back, because the fans wanted it so bad. There was even a campaign to kickstart a first season at some point! I personally watched it from the beginnining, but stopped after the first season, because I didn't have the time to watch it anymore, but I think I'll have catched up with it before they start airing season 3.

I feel like these are all possitive changes. The creators finaly start listening to what the people want to see and I love that, because that means that great ideas will get more recognision. Hopefully, more of these awesome things will happen more often in the future and give the people what they want.

It seems like the world isn't going to be ending anytime soon now; I first want to watch my shows end before I can die in peace.
