It was when I was five when I saw a girl on the TV. She had a golden ribbon waving behind her. Her body was so flexible. I stood up and tried to be like her. My grandmother saw me as I twirled around. That afternoon I went to the park. I untied the yellow ribbon from my hair attaching it to a stick. I waved the ribbon like the girl I saw. Again my grandmother saw me.
Within a few days, my grandmother found a rhythmic gymnastics studio. On the first day, everyone laughed at me because I was horrible as I felt really sad. After my classes I would stretch and practise hard. Sometimes I cried because I thought I was bad. My grandmother made me never give up.
Soon I started receiving an extra special class to do artistic gymnastics. It helped me with my flexibility.
Now I am thirteen.
