David Rossi's POV

I'm woken up by cries coming from Joy's bedroom. I know it's Zoe. But why doesn't Joy console her daughter? I look at the alarm clock: 10am. I get up, ready to go to Joy's bedroom to wake her up and console my granddaughter. I get out of my bedroom and I go Joy's room. I silently open the door and I turn on the light. I look in my daughter's bed, but she isn't there. I walk to Zoe's cradle and I hold her.

"Shhhh... It's okay," I gently say to her, rocking her and laying down a little kiss on the top of her head.

I look around me, a bit concerned.

"Joy? Sweetheart? Are you there?"

No answer. I go to the living room. It's all messed up. I take the gun I hid in the little table near the couch and I take my phone. I dial Hotch's number.

"Mmmm..." He grunts.

"Hotch. I need you at my house right now. With your gun. Something ain't right. I can't leave and I'm with Zoe," I whisper.

"Joy isn't there?"

"That's the point."

"Okay. I'm coming. Don't move from where you are."

Aaron Hotchner's POV

"Who was it?" Emily murmurs.

"Dave," I say, quickly getting up.

"What's wrong?"

"Long story. Stay here with Oliver. If there's something I'm calling you."

"I wanna know what's going on!" She exclaims, sitting in the bed.

"Do what I said. I'm calling you," I respond, taking my gun.

I quickly go downstairs, trying not to wake up Oliver. I leave by the front door and I get in my car. I quickly drive to Dave's house. I hope everyone is okay.

I arrive at Dave's and I run inside. I pull out my gun and I silently walk in each room of the house. I finally reach the living room. Dave's still there with Zoe. Seeing me, he lets out a sigh.

"Can you hold her?"

"Of course," I respond, taking and holding Zoe.

Rossi puts his hand on his forehead and lets out another sigh.

"Is everything okay?"

He takes his phone out and looks at his text messages and in last calls.

"Joy."

I approach him and I put my hand on his shoulder.

"She will be fine. Call her."

He dials his daughter's number and waits a few seconds.

"It's her voicemail. I knew something wasn't right..."

"Do you want me to ask for an investigation?"

Rossi doesn't answer, he only sighs. I give him back his granddaughter.

"You can't stay here. You're going with me and we're going to my house."

Dave heads to Joy's bedroom to take Zoe's stuff.

"Don't take anything. Your house is now a crime scene. I know her baby seat is in your car."

Dave sighs again and heads to the front door. I follow him. He sits and buckles Zoe in her baby seat, then he takes her baby seat and sets it in my car. After, he sits beside me. I take my phone and I dial a number.

"I need the police department of Quantico to work with the FBI on a case of... Kidnapping."
