Jennifer Jareau's POV

I'm home since yesterday. Though, I have to take it easy for the next months. I just woke up so I take a look at my cellphone to see what time it is: 8:12am. I have an amazing idea! Something that the kids would love and something that would allow Kate to fully integrate the team! I gently shake Spence to share my idea with him.

"Hum...?"

"Spence. Wake up," I gently whisper.

Spence sits straight up in the bed, eyes wide open.

"Jennifer! Are you okay?!"

"Calm down, Spence. I'm fine."

He looks at my band-aid that covers my wound.

"But... You bleed."

I look down and I notice that he's right. I'm going to change my bandage after I've shared my idea.

"That's okay. I'm gonna change it later. But before, I wanna tell you an idea I've got!"

"Okay. Go ahead."

"I thought about something that could please the kids and help Kate to really feel as a part of the team!"

"Okay, what's your idea?"

"To go camping!"

"Are you serious?! You've been stabbed days ago!"

"Aww... Spence... Please... I want to go to the amusement park and to the water park too before it closes for the season."

"Are you sure you wanna do this?"

"Why not? I'm not gonna die! I got discharged from the hospital!"

"And I don't want you back in there."

"Spence... Please!"

"I'll think about it. Now, get in the bathroom, I'll change your bandage."

We silently walk to the bathroom because the kids are still sleeping. I sit on the toilet while Spence is getting out a new bandage and medicinal cream to put on my wound. He starts taking off the band-aid. I feel like it's ripping off my skin.

"Is everything okay, Jennifer?"

"Yeah... It hurts, though. Take it off fast instead of slowly. It'll hurt less."

"Okay. As you wish."

He takes it off faster and I'm trying not to scream. Spence waters a compress and washes the dry blood off my skin. Then, he puts some cream and puts a new bandage on my wound.

"So? Are we going to camping?" I ask with a childish voice.

"Uh..."

"Say yes, please! Everyone's gonna be there! We could go to the beach too!" I beg him with my childish voice.

"Okay, fine. You win. But you gotta call everyone."

"Thank you very much! And yes I will!"
