Emily Prentiss' POV

"What happened?" I ask Aaron.

"I don't know, but we have to get her out and bring her back."

"I'm going," I say to him.

"No. You stay here."

"You're gonna have my back! I can get her out of the apartment while you're arresting the gang!"

"No. You stay here."

"No way. I'm going," I declare, putting on my bullet proof vest.

I pull out my gun and I get out of the SUV. Some police officers and FBI agents are already arresting the gang, so my back is safe. I get upstairs, pointing my gun at everything. I finally reach the fourth floor. I look in every room. I see someone on a mattress; it must be JJ. I put away my gun and I run to JJ.

"JJ!"

I turn her. She coughs blood. She has been stabbed in the chest, near the heart.

"Emily..."

"JJ. It's okay. I'm here. I need medics on the fourth floor!" I yell.

I hold JJ's hand.

"Emily... I'm so sorry..."

"You don't have to be."

I take JJ's dress which is on the floor and I make pressure on her injury.

"Emily... Can you do me a favor?"

"Anything, JJ. Anything."

"The kids... My angels... Can you tell them I love them?"

"JJ... I won't. You will tell them because you're gonna survive. You hear me? You're gonna survive. Squeeze my hand."

"I can't... Tell Spencer I always loved him and I thought about our wedding many times..."

"JJ, listen to me. You're gonna get through this."

"Emily... I'm cold..."

I take off my coat and I give it to her.

"Is it better?"

She weakly nods.

"Emily... I'm so tired..."

"Keep your eyes open, Sweetie. C'mon. Hang on."

"I'm sorry..." She sighs, coughing blood.

JJ's eyes flip over and her head slowly falls on the side.

"JJ! No! Where are the fucking medics?!" I yell.

JJ's body is pretty cold. I cannot let her die there. She has a little family to take care of! I lean and I grab JJ's body. I get up and I run downstairs as fast as I can. When I arrive outside, I scream:

"Somebody's help! I need medics!"

Morgan takes JJ's cold body and rushes to the ambulances. Aaron runs toward me. I let myself fall into his arms.

"Are you okay, Sweetheart?"

I nod. I start to cry.

"It's gonna be okay... It's gonna be alright..."
