Jennifer Jareau's POV
We've been back on the road for about an hour and a half. I'm in the back seat, beside Savannah who keeps checking my wound and my pulse at each 15 minutes as I shouldn't be discharged from the hospital. Today, it's Emily's birthday and we're supposed to stop in a restaurant to celebrate her birthday.
"How are you feeling?" Savannah asks me.
"I'm tired..." I sigh.
"You should try to rest a bit."

Aaron Hotchner's POV
Emily and Oliver are sleeping.
We're on our way to the restaurant to celebrate Emily's birthday. But we can't stay a long time because JJ has to rest.

Derek Morgan's POV
We just arrive at the restaurant.
"Babe, I'll stay with Jennifer. Could you bring me something to eat?" Savannah asks me.
I nod. Jennifer is still sleeping and as she's sleeping, Savannah has to check her pulse every 5 minutes.
"I'll bring something to JJ too," I say to Spencer.
He nods. I hold Jaeden while Spencer holds Hope. And we walk to the restaurant.

Savannah Hayes' POV
As it's time to eat, I have to wake Jennifer because it has been a while since the last time she ate and drank. I gently shake her. She opens her eyes and seems panicked.
"I... Can't... Breathe..." She exclaims, panicked.
I check her pulse.
"Jennifer. It's okay. Just breathe. Breathe slowly. We're in the car. It's okay."
Her pulse is too fast: 110 bpm. I'm scared she has a heart attack. I check in the bag given by the hospital and I pick some beta blockers and an oxygen mask.
5 minutes later, Jennifer is breathing normally. But she's still breathing with the help of the oxygen mask.
Derek arrives with two burgers. I thank him.
"How long do you think you'll stay in the restaurant?"
"I don't know."
"Is it okay if we leave in an hour?"
Derek looks at Jennifer.
"What happened?"
"She had tachycardia. I think it was caused by the fact that she isn't laid. She really need to stay laid for at least a week."
"I'll tell the others not to delay."
"Thanks. I love you."
"I love you too, babe."
