Penelope Garcia's POV
It's 8am and I enter my office. Today, Joy starts to work. And soon, Emily will arrive with Oliver.
I open my computers. And I hear someone knocking at my door. I walk over to it and I open it.
"Joy!"
I look down and I see Oliver.
"Oliver! Come hug Auntie Penelope!"
Penelope leans and holds Oliver.
"Emily's not there?"
"She had something to do. She asked me if I could bring him to you."
"Oh... Okay!"
I see that Zoe starts to wake up. I beckon Joy to come in. She comes in and she puts the baby seat on the floor while Zoe is falling asleep again.
I put Oliver on the floor too.
"Oliver. Be calm because there's a baby who sleeps there, okay?"
"Okie Dokie!"
As usual, Oliver plays with his toys.
I make a sign to Joy to sit and she sits near Zoe's baby seat. She looks pretty stressed.
"You're stressed?"
"Yes..."
"You don't have to be. It's gonna be fine. I'm sweet as sugar!"
"I know... It's just been a while that I didn't work."
"It's gonna be fine."
I sit on my chair. And I hear someone opening the door. I turn back and I see Hotch.
"We have a case. Briefing in 10 minutes."
I make him sign that I've understood and Hotch leaves.
I take my phone and I call someone I know who works with the BAU: Kaylie Smith. It's one of my friends and when I have to be briefed I ask her to watch Oliver.
"But... We won't let Oliver and Zoe alone!"
"Don't worry! I called one of my friends: Kaylie Smith. She works here and she usually watches Oliver when we do the briefing. She just has to watch Zoe too. The briefing usually lasts 10 to 20 minutes."
A young lady enters the room.
"Penelope! A new case?"
"Yeah... Here's Joy Rossi, my new colleague."
"I'm Kaylie Smith. Nice to meet you," she declares, smiling and shaking Joy's hand.
"Me too."
"Uh... Kaylie. Here's Zoe, Joy's baby. Can you watch her too?" I ask.
"No problem!"
I get up and I ask Joy to follow me. And we leave the room, walking to the Conference Room where we will do the briefing. JJ, Spencer, Morgan, and Rossi are already there. It misses only Emily and Hotch. I wonder where they are and what they are doing.
I take the file and I quickly read it while Joy takes place around the table.
Emily and Hotch finally arrive and we can start to talk about the case.
