"Well it's finally Saturday and it feels like my judgment day has arrived. I just hope everything goes in my favor!" I say to myself as I am waking up from another rough nights sleeping this hell hole they call a jail cell. Once I rise from this cement mattress I begin to clean myself up the best way possible. After I finish washing up and getting dressed in a suet my baby dropped off for me the guard comes to get me for court. "Ok Mr. Wilson it's time to go." the guard says while he opens the door. As we begin to walk down to the court room all I can do is pray. When he opens the doors to the court room my heart drops and I begin to get nervous. As I start to take my seat I look behind me and see my girl LaNisha two rows behind me, so I blow her a kiss for good luck.

After about ten minutes pass by the judge finally enters the court room and the officer tells everyone to rise until the judge sat down. Once the judge sat down court was now in session and all I could was wait until my fate was decided. As time went by my lawyer and the prosecuting lawyer went back and forth. I couldn't even tell who was in the lead, but it was looking pretty good for my side. At least until the prosecuting lawyer presents evidence of the scene and that's when the good turns to the worst.

Now although I thought that the evidence wasn't really valid because I didn't know they had a search warrant and read I wasn't read my rights, that wasn't it because they had another secret under their sleeve. When they call for their witness everyone looks toward the back and sees Niko Drexler or shall I say Nine walking to the stand. Once I saw him I knew it could only go downhill from here on out and I knew for sure I was going to jail no questions asked.

The whole time while Nine is up there he is doing nothing but lying on me. Some of the stuff he said I couldn't even believe, but all I could do was sit there and look at him as he stared me straight in the eyes and lied. After about fifteen minutes they were finally done questioning. As he was stepping off the stand he begins to mugs me as he walks off. Once he begins to walk passed me I couldn't hold my tongue no longer, so I look at him and say "nigga I swear you fake as hell... But it's all good cause I got yo ass!" After I say that he laughs and walks out the court room smiling from ear to ear. That's when my lawyer says "Mr. Wilson don't worry about anything. We may have lost today, but we will win the battle because I have some things to check up on once the case today is final. Just don't worry because I got you!" After my lawyer said that all I could do was say ok and put my trust in him because at that point my destiny was jail.

At this point the court room was silent because the judge had gone to the back to decide the final verdict. While he is back there I look back at my baby LaNisha because I knew it would be the last time I would see her for a long time. As I stare into her eyes I see a tear begin to roll down her cheek because she knows what's going to happen as well. Since I can't stand to see her cry I turn back around in my seat and wait for the judge to come back out.
After waiting for about twenty minutes the judge finally enters the court room and tells me to stand. "Ok in the case of LoJarvis Demontae Wilson against the city of Atlanta, Georgia... I pronounce you guilty to all charges and sentence you to seven years in prison without parole in the Bankhead Correctional Facility!" Once he said that I instantly drop down to my knees in tears because if my lawyer can't fix this I will be in here jail for seven years. After I drop to my knees the officers come and pick me up to put the hand cuffs on me. Once they have the cuffs on me the judge's last words were "take him away!" At that moment my life was officially over and I was now a slave to Bankhead Correctional Facility.
