chapter 45: another chance

As I am waking up in the hospital bed I look around and see LaNisha lying down asleep in a chair along with my boys. As I try to gather my thoughts a doctor walks in and everyone wakes up. "Well... well...well that sure was a close call last night. I just wanted t let you know that everything is ok and since you have no insurance we can't keep you no longer. Just take it easy." the doctor says. Once he walks out the door LaNisha and my kids walk up to me and gives me a hug and a kiss. Then she tells me that B.D and the boys are waiting on me at the house, so we go ahead and get everything together so that we could leave.

When we arrive at the apartment I see B.D's limo out front, but I also see a blue Escalade with "Kings Boyz" sprayed on the side, so of course I'm wondering what's going on. As I walk up the stairs carrying my kids and open the door I see everyone sitting down just chilling. Once I close the door behind me I give the kids to my girl and ask what's going on. That's when B.D walks up to me and says "you see these boys my guard is holding? They are the same boys that tried to kill you last night! Now what do you want us to do with them L.J?"

Of course I think for a minute, but then I look at both of them in the eyes and say "since yall tried to kill me in front of my wife and kids... my homies here are going to kill yall! Just to send a message to yall boy Nine and DeSean... I hope yall ready to die for yall set!" After I say that my niggas Darius, DeRay, and L.T escort them both out.

A good twenty minutes goes by before everyone else begins to leave, but before B.D walks out he says "don't worry son we will take care of all this mess. We got your back." After he says that he gives me a hug and walks out the apartment. When he leaves LaNisha and I go check on our boys. When we walk in their room they are sound asleep. While she is looking at them I lean over and give her a kiss and tell her that I love her, so of course she smiles and says it back that's when I pick her up in my and walk her over to the room. When I get in the room I lay her down in the bed and begin to kiss her from head to toe, while undressing her. Once I get her clothes off I lie on top of her and start to caress her body. While I am doing that she starts to undress me. Once my clothes are off she lays me on my back and begins to ride me.

While she is doing her thing the phone rings, so I reach over and pick it up off the nightstand. Only to find DeRay and L.T on the other end, so I ask them what they want slightly out of breath. Then it gets quiet for a second and my girl starts to moan, so now they know what's going on and they say "hahaha... hey man we can tell you are busy so we will hit you back playa!" Once they hang up I throw the phone acrss the room and get back to what I was doing. After a good strong hour or two we finally slow up and gradually stop. "Baby I love you so much!" LaNisha says with a big smile upon her face, so of course I say it back and give her a kiss while she rest her head on my chest.

Once she falls asleep I call L.T back just to see what they wanted. When he picks up he tells me that it wasn't nothing important, but before we hang up he lets me know that there's going to be a little get together at his house around 11:30, so I say ok and hang up the phone. Once we get off the phone I look at the clock and it reads 9:45, so I wake up LaNisha so that she could get ready.

While she is in the shower I go and iron me some clothes. Once I am through doing that she hops out the shower, so I go ahead and get washed up as well. As I am getting out the clock reads 10:20, so I go and get dressed. Once LaNisha is done dressing she goes and dresses the boys. When I finish dressing I walk into the kitchen and grab my wallet, keys, and gun because I wasn't going to forget it this time. After I grab me a drink my girl walks out with the boys dressed and ready to go, so we go ahead and get in the car.

As we are arriving at L.T's house everyone is already there, so we park the car across the street. When we walk up to the door DeRay opens it before we even knock as if he sensed my presents. You could tell he was a little drunk by the way he talked and the way he moved. When we walked in the house they had the music going, people drinking, smoking, and gangsta walking on the floor, you could just tell everyone was having a good time.

While I am walking to the back I am being greeted by my peers. Once I get to the kitchen where all my ace niggas are at I grab me a beer and chill as I grab me a seat. While I am drinking and chilling my homeboy L.T says "say man you see those young bucks over there trying to show us vets out. Them boys been gangsta walking all night and I think you should show them how it's really done!" So I look at L.T and give him dap before I walk out there to the middle of the dance floor. When I walk out there I look at this young buck up and down observing his moves. Then I tell the dj to stop the music and put it on the Black Diamond's theme song "Diamond in the Back". As the beat begins I push the youngsters out the way so that I could do my thing. While I am gangsta walking and throwing up my set everyone begins to yell "go L.J... go L.J... go!"

As the crowd is going wild and crazy my niggas L.T and DeRay get out on the floor with me. This is most definitely a night to remember because it is not everyday some vets like us get out on the dance floor and show the youngsters out. We did our thing out there and I was glad my family was there to see it. But the night was far from over because the main thing that took the crowds eye was when my sons got on the floor and tried to do it with me!
