I'll be writing some fun facts about this story, so there's no stopping now and for the next remaining chapters, it will be all about the author thanking and talking about the story (oo ang daldal kong klaseng author)

So DAMN wasn't basically based on Damn being a bully but why Damn became a bully and how damn — the twist and turns his life meeting Jin is. Na mapapasabi ka talaga ng 'Damn', thats what I would often say whenever I reread or write this story. Kahit ako nga napapa 'damn' dahil ang gulo.

As you can see I'm really fond of writing bad boys who become little angels when they meet their match. I just find it cute. Actually the story was supposedly titled "Chasing the Bad Boy" pero the plot doesn't fit the title since 'di naman chinase ni Jin si Damn, si Damn pa nga 'tong buntot at nambubully sa kaniya eh. So yeah, knowing that my stories' titles are only four words, I found the right word to use and it was Damn. And I'm like damn pag nababasa ko how twisted the story is.

Anyway, I purposely intended for the story to end in 2016, had the last chapter (chapter 39) finished writing and I stopped at 'di na ako nagsulat ng Epilogue nito kasi I got so overwhelmed writing kasi within a span of almost a month from April 18-May 11 in 2016 I finished the story. Although medyo may mga loopholes kasi hindi ko na rinevise at chineck ang content, then I stopped writing and nag update update nlang ako for the next three years and forgot I still haven't finished it after taking a time off from Wattpad dahil I need to take care of my mental health first (which I don't think needed explanation kasi wala namang nakikinig sa akin dito)

Anyway, so ayun. When I looked back at its content this 2020, I realised na ang panget pala ng plot kasi wala man lang thrill or anything like medyo bitin (ako na nga na writer nabibitinan eh kayo pa kaya?) so I decided to revise it then I stopped revising kasi jusko ang dami ko palang kwento dito na di ko pa natapos. Ayun, I decided to add another 20+ chapters kasi nagkaroon ako ng idea for another plot while writing it's sequel the Him Trilogy, story about GREY, BLUE and RED (if you want to check them out visit my profile — their story is quite interesting esp kay Blue and Grey 😉) so ayun finally after 4 YEARS we're finally done! At ako ay napilitDONE lang na tapusin.

Here are more facts about the story:

1.) Damn is based on a song titled "Damn You." By Lana Del Rey. The song obviously is being referred to Lana's past about her ex which she had given everything to and trusted to. I got inspired by the song, that's why I had the ideas of writing the story. There was a phrase which says,

"Remember how we used to escape for the summer?
Fireworks and sparklers would light up the black skies."

I got inspired just by listening to it. And it gave me an idea, about the palayan scene in some chapters. Diyan sila nagkakilala. :)

2.) BASICALLY, The palayan scene is actually related to my experience. Pero wala akong may nakilala sa palayan. I only focused on the palayan scene kasi diyan ako lumaki. Hanggang ngayon ang bahay namin ay may palayan parin sa likod eh ahahha.

3.) The first title is actually Chasing the Bad Boy then turned to DAMN YOU. Then Damn is a heartbreaker and Jin loathed him. But they both never knew that they actually used to be bestfriends.

4.) DAMN is not related to Damn Daniel trend. Period. (Basically a 2016 meme)

5.) Lucky Blue do suits Damn am ay rayt?

I got an idea from this phrase. Alam niyo naman siguro kung ano ang meaning ng messed up. Hahahah.

7.) i was writing this while I was mourning for the death of my cousin and I finished writing this after my parent's wedding two important incidents in my life gave birth to this story

8.) Jin again, reminded me of myself. Up until now. Jin blames every wrongdoings to himself. He's been bullied also. And I like him for being selfless. He reminds me of... me

9.) as i told u this was written in 2016 before thats why may makikita kayo na © 000000 kasi may timestamp ako to keep track of how many days or my timeline in writing each chapters

10.) So Damn's name Axel Damn Saval was based from a wattpad reader here na nag request sa akin na gawin siyang isa sa mga characters so ayun, his name Axel fits perfectly. AxelYoon hoy. HAHA

11.) on the other hand the name Jin was based on Jin from BTS kasi 2016 was the year I got addicted to BTS charr

12.) Damn's cousins GREY, BLUE AND RED has their own stories and they are purely based on my emotions and experiences (tapos ko na sila actually and you can read them if you want on my works section) currently im writing GREY and medyo mahaba-haba ang story ni Grey since I need to be more detailed sa buhay nito 😝

13.) medyo hindi talaga detailed ang story ni Jin and Damn that's why I had second thoughts of continuing them or not. Huhu

14.) the Title Font for DAMN (and most of my stories) are all my handwriting hope you like how I had put a little touch of originality (in this world where everyone keeps copying even how you make stories by names sry nt sry)
