Khalil wanted to wait until late to start driving, he wouldn't tell us where we were going but after driving fifteen plus hours and listening to everything from rap to country we finally pulled up to a log cabin right outside of Colorado Springs about three in the afternoon, and if I had to describe the cabin in one word it would have to be beautiful. The cabin was a nice size, not too big but not too small with trees all around it shading the cabin from the sun, but my favorite thing would have to be the huge lake that was sparkling in the sun light behind the cabin, the the lake was so huge and clear it reflected the mountains off in the distance. To be honest I was already in love with this place and I hadn't even seen the inside.

"Stop staring and help us bring the bags inside." Khalil said pushing me and smiling. We walked inside and I'm pretty sure I stood there with my mouth open, the inside was.....
"Khalil who's place is this?" I asked walking over to the fireplace and looked at the pictures they were the same three pictures Khalil had in his room, the one of him and Enzo at prom with two girls, me and Khalil at the group home I was in when I was younger, and the picture of Khalil holding me when I was a baby. "Khalil is this your place?" I asked looking at him.
"Yeah...... I bought this place a couple years ago, I don't really use it much only after the football season is over with I come up here to relax. Not too many people know about this place." Khalil said tossing his bag on the couch.
"And exactly how many people know about this place?" Cam asked sitting on the chair closest to the fireplace.
"Well including us three..... the three and the people who come and clean it before I come up here. This is sorta my Batcave so to speak." Khalil said smiling. "So what do ya'll wanna do? I mean we can go hiking, fishing, there's a mall not to far from here whatever ya'll want we can do." Khalil said, me and Cam looked at each other and answered together.
"Sleep...." We said in unison.
"Alright, well I'm about to run to the store and grab a few things to eat, I'll wake ya'll up when the food is ready, go pick room and relax I'll see ya'll in a bit." Khalil said grabbing his keys and walked out the door.
"So you know I'm not really about to go to sleep right?" Cam said smiling, I smiled back because I wasn't either.
"You wanna go look around?" I asked. Cam nodded and we walked around the cabin, just looking at this place I could tell Khalil put a lot of time, heart, and money into this place, all of the rooms were state of the art, on the back patio there was a jacuzzi that could fit about twenty people over looking the lake.
"This place is nice as fuck." Cam said sitting in one of the chairs.
"Yeah it is, I could really picture being up here during the winter with Nico." I said smiling.
"What's up with ya'll are you two back together yet?" Cam asked pulling out a blunt, he lit it up and passed it to me.
"Nah we're just friends right now y'know it weird though I'm actually happier with as friends then I was in a relationship with him but he still holds my heart." I said passing the blunt back to Cam.
"That's probably a good thing though, because if ya'll do decide to get back together ya'll have that foundation of friendship to build on." Cam said looking of into the distance.
"Can I ask you something? How do you feel about having two brothers that are gay and your best friend is gay?" I asked.
"Dev it's 2015, damn near everybody is either openly gay, secretly gay, or curious. I'm not going to sit here and pretend I understand the appeal that ya'll have for men, but the way I look at it is me as a 100% straight man I can't find it in myself to worry about what another man does with his dick. That's what I don't get about most so called straight dudes they're more worried about who's fucking who then themselves. I can be around you and Legacy because I'm comfortable with my sexuality I know I love women and there's nothing that can change that." Cam said.
"So you and Legacy never......" I asked.
"Nope never even crossed my mind. Hell I already see Legacy as my brother..... hell I know I'm going to marry his sister so I've always looked at him as my brother. But he knows there's no why in hell I would be with a dude, I love pussy waaay too much." Cam said laughing. An hour later Khalil called us to help bring the food in and truthfully we were both high as fuck so every little thing had us laughing but Khalil didn't seem to notice.
"Ayy follow me I wanna show ya'll something. Leave ya'll phones and stuff in here." Khalil said, me and Cam looked at each other and followed Khalil down to the pier on the lake. "I was think maybe tomorrow I could take ya'll both out on the lake, you see that spot right over there." He said pointing at a spot in the middle of the lake. Me and Cam both leaned forward to see where he was pointing and before either one of us could react Khalil pushed us both in the lake and he started laughing.
"What the fuck?" I said pissed.
"I told ya'll about smoking that shyt." He said smiling, me and Cam looked at each other and we both splashed Khalil getting him wet. Khalil looked at us and he looked pissed then he smirked and jumped in the water with us fully clothed and started dunking us after a couple minutes we finally got out the water still laughing, I had a good feeling about this trip.
Just being here with Khalil and Cam was something special I could feel the bond between us getting stronger, the first couple days we were here we did everything from hiking, to swimming in the lake, Khalil took us to a place to race go-karts, and he took us to the mall and pretty much let us run wild. Every night Khalil would throw something on the grill and we'd sit outside around the burnpit and just talk under the stars. I could also tell Cam and Khalil were starting to warm up to each other, everything felt almost perfect, the only thing that could make this trip better was if Nico was here. We talked every night while I was here once Khalil and Cam were sleep, most nights we fell asleep pn the phone together. Tonight was no different my brothers had both went to sleep already but I was sitting on the back patio watching the stars when my phone finally rang, I didn't even have to look to know it was Nico.
"What's up bae?" I said smiling.
"Damn you miss me that much?" Will said laughing. I looked at the phone and saw that it was Will calling not Nico.
"My bad Will I thought you were....... what's up why are you calling me this late?" I asked.
"No reason...... I just wanted to hear your voice." Will said, and I could almost feel him smiling through the phone. "Devin what is it about Nico that you love so much, why do you constantly pick him over me?" Will asked suddenly.
"Why should it matter Will? Look I made a mistake by fucking you.... the most me and you could ever be is friends, and I can't tell you why I love Nico so much is because some things just can't be explained. Look Will even though me and you have had our differences you're my boy..... you were the first person I met when I moved to Houston but I am in love with Nico, I love that dude.... maybe if you had approached me things could've been different but I can't change what's in my heart. I'll call you later Will someone is calling my other line." I said clicking over, I checked my phone and made sure it was Nico, I smiled just looking at his name.
"So you finally decided to call me?" I asked smiling, at first I didn't hear anything then I listened closely and heard a muffled moan. "Nico?" I said into the phone, I started to hang up because I figured he butt dialed me, then I heard something that stopped me in my tracks.
"Fuck Iman I'm about to nut." I heard Nico moan, I felt the vomit rise from my stomach. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
"Tell me this is the best dick you've ever had, tell me I'm better than Devin." I heard Iman saying I hurried up and hung up the phone I couldn't hear the rest , my heart was breaking into a million pieces, I felt sick because there was no way in hell Nico would betray me like this. A few minutes later my phone started vibrating in my hand I look down and saw I had a text from Nico, I didn't know if I wanted to open it but my curiosity got the best of me and I opened it. That's when I really lost it, sat there staring into the eyes of Iman with Nico sleep in his arms with the caption Make no mistake he's mine.......
