I'm not a bad dude, have a done bad things..... of course, have I hurt people..... hell yeah. But I can honestly say that I've never killed anyone, was I responsible for their deaths..... possibly. But I've never had someone killed who honestly didn't deserve to die. Marvin and Marius their problem was there greed, I was going to pay them double that of which they wanted from Khalil to back off but once they said they weren't going to stop fucking with my family until Khalil's career was ruined..... well after I left their place, I got on the plane and the next day them niggas were dead, like I said I've never killed anyone but they fucked with the wrong one. The one time I was actually close to killing someone was that dude Vic, I've never hated someone as much as I hated him and I've only met him twice...... more on that later. I stood in my closet looking for something to wear to this game, I settled on a plain white tee and some black jeans, I had a feeling today was going to be interesting, I grabbed my Luxuriator Style 23 shades and headed out the door. I walked through the lobby like I owned the building (which I did) and nodded to the doorman. I saw Khalil's car pulling around the corner I smiled dude still had a thing for flashy cars, he pulled up to the curb in front of me and smiled.
"You ain't gonna open the door for your bro?" I asked sliding in the passenger seat. Khalil didn't say anything but he took the sunglasses from my eyes and slide them on. "See you wanna get fucked up." I said laughing as he pulled off.
"Yeah right Zy you know damn well you ain't tryin to catch that fade." Khalil said laughing, I looked at him in his Houston Texans tracksuit and smiled, I was honestly happy for my bro.
"So where's everybody else at don't tell me they chickened out." I said looking out the window.
"Nah they went ahead, they wanted to get good parking spot or some shyt." Khalil said.
"I'm surprised your boy ain't ride with you, ya'll seemed glue at the dicks on Thanksgiving." I said laughing, Khalil reached over and punched me in the arm and laughed. "Man you better focus on the road, we both know you can't drive." I said laughing.
"Fuck you bro." Khalil said laughing.
"But seriously..... your boy Marcus, he doesn't like me very much." I said looking at him.
"Marcus.... doesn't dislike you Zy he's just uncomfortable around you, he thinks you're trouble. He's right by the way but I think the real reason is we've had enough trouble in our relationship, he just wants us to have a normal life for a while." Khalil said.
"That's understandable... but what about your boy Gonzo, I can tell he doesn't like me." I said laughing.
"Enzo.... and he's just protective of me just like you are, hopefully after today all my brothers can get along." Khalil said smiling. We didn't say anything for the rest of the ride and once we got there Khalil said we was going to talk to some of his teammates and he be up to our suite in a few minutes. I walked up to the room and froze before walking in, I had been in shoot outs, had a gun pointed to my head, and stabbed in the heart..... but none of the made me more nervous than walking into this room without Khalil, this was his family and apart of me felt I didn't have a place with them. I took a deep breath and walked into the room exuding nothing but confidence even though I was nervous as fuck, Gonzo looked at me and rolled his eyes and started talking to Legacy, Cam and Devin looked up and nodded there heads but then resumed their conversation, then I looked at Marcus..... he had a completely blank look on his face which made me nervous, I was usually good at reading people but him I didn't get anything.
"Where's Khalil?" Marcus asked in a neutral voice.
"He went to the locker room to talk to his teammates he should be back in a few." I said looking around the room, Marcus got up and walked over to me.
