Days pass & everything is going great between Daniel & I. It's now the weekend & we have everything planned out. I've somehow convinced my mom I'm going to hang out at a friends house all weekend & she didn't even bother to ask who. I think she's just been stressed with all the stuff her & dad have been going through with Hayley.

Lately, she's become a little devil. Apparently she's been ditching school with some kids & she's been skipping her dance classes & private lessons, which didn't sit well with our parents. They really didn't care that she was skipping classes because her grades are above average but they were more upset at the fact that she's wasting their money by not committing to her dance stuff. They've given her an ultimatum, either get back on track with all her stuff or she'd be headed to St. Timothy's boarding school in Stevenson! It didn't affect me much being that the focus was off me & was all on Hayley!

I pack my bags & say goodbye to my parents. "Love you Annie, be safe & make sure you're home by 3 o'clock on Sunday! We're having cookout dinner with Katie & her family. They'll be here early for boating & swimming & all that fun stuff!" I roll my eyes but agree to be home early. It wasn't that I was upset that I needed to be home at a specific time or anything, I just had been avoiding Katie & her constant questions. "Yeah, sure thing, I'll be home before you know it!" As I walk out the doors I notice Daniel is waiting on me & I couldn't be more thrilled to leave the house for the weekend!

"Hey baby, I missed you. This is for you!" As I'm greeted with a hug & a kiss, Daniel hands me an small purple gift bag & flowers. I open the bag to find a rather skimpy sleep romper from Victoria's Secret & a box from Tiffany's. I open the box & my jaw drops, he bought me the white gold sugar stack earrings I'd been dreaming of for a while now! I was completely & utterly in awe. "Daniel, this is, it's beautiful." I can't stop staring at the gifts I've been given, I feel like a princess! "Anything for you babe. You deserve it all." He grabs my thigh & rubs it & we take off onto our next journey.

As we drive around I get an unsettling feeling in my stomach, I know exactly what's causing it. "Daniel, as much as I love & really want these earrings, I can't accept them. I know how expensive they are & I don't want you spending that kind of money on me." He parks the truck & looks at me, he caresses my face with one hand & kisses me. "I bought these because I wanted to, you deserve it. You make me happy. I'm not taking them back, they're yours!" He's persistent & each time I try to push the box with the earrings towards him, he pushes them back. "They're yours, now wear them!" I become giddy, they're beautiful they are, I just never dreamed in a million years that I'd be wearing them.

The weekend is full of spending time at the beach, going to steakhouses, eating sushi, watching movies & cuddling in bed plus other things. It was like a weekend straight from the movies! Once we finally reach our destination & our hotel room we decide to go to the mall, which is my favorite. Daniel proceeds to tell me, "Anything you want, you're getting it. I'm going to spoil you, anything to see my baby smiling & happy!" I was overjoyed to say the least, I couldn't believe how well he was treating me!

After shopping for what seems like hours I now have about 5 shopping bags in my hands while Daniel carries the other 10 bags. As we walk around the mall we run into Brennan & as much as I try to ignore him, he notices me.

"Hey Annie!" I reluctantly walk towards him, in hopes that this conversation would be quick & painless. "Hey Brennan!"

"Looks like you did some shopping, I see."

"I would've never guessed with all these bags I'm holding." I roll my eyes at him, way to point out the obvious Sherlock!

"Hey, isn't that the guy Mr. Dan punched out at your house?" How the hell did he even know? The only people there at the time were my parents, Kim & Dan.
