Chapter 41

Abby's POV    

We both stayed quiet till we got to the ice cream shop. I liked it when we were both quiet. It was never awkward. We got there and he grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers. We walked in and got our ice cream. We sat down and I started eating and I saw Louis staring at me. He pushed my ice cream and it hit my face. He started laughing and I couldn't help but laugh to. I pushed his ice cream and it hit him in the face. He lean't and kissed me. His lips were soft and gentle against mine. I pulled away and he asked "Why did you pull away?"

"We're in public."

"So, I want them to see how much I love you."

"I think everyone knows."

I grabbed a napkin and got the ice cream off my face and I handed him one. He did the same then kissed my cheek. He whispered "I love you baby."

"I love you too."

He was being so sweet today. I loved seeing him like this. He looked happy. Maybe he's happy since I'm happy too. He makes me happy when he doesn't fuck up. I just love being around him. I wish my parents would be nicer to him. Then I wouldn't mind them being around again. We finished eating and Louis grabbed my hand and we walked out to the car. I feel so lucky that he's mine. He's been so sweet today. He treats me right when he's not drunk. I don't want him to drink anymore. I don't think he will. I know things are getting better. I'm happy about that. I want him and I to stay together. I love him and our son needs us. We got in the car and he started driving home. On the way home I felt him put his hand on my leg. He started running his hand up my leg. I looked over at him and he started smirking. I looked out the window and stayed quiet. I knew he would eventually do this today. I don't really care but maybe me ignoring him will bother him. 

Louis' POV 

Abby was staying quiet. She let me keep my hand on her leg. This was different. She normally moved it away or said something. Maybe she's up to something. I moved my hand up a little further and she still didn't do anything. I know she has to be up to something. I know today is about her and I want her to be happy today. She seemed happy earlier. Maybe she still is and she's just trying to mess with me. I asked "Are you okay."

"Yeah."

She still didn't even look over at me. I asked "Are you up to something."

She finally looked over at me and smirked. "No."

Now I know she is. I love her but sometimes she surprises me. I kind of just wanted to get home. I wonder what she's going to do. We both stayed quiet till we got home. I want to know what she's up to. It's starting to bother me. We got home and we both got out. I grabbed her hand and we walked in. I asked "Are you ready to watch a movie?"

"Yeah."

I pulled her into the living room and we sat down on the couch. She sat down and I put in the movie. I sat next to her and wrapped my arm around her and pulled her close. She lean't into my side and had her head against me. We watched the movie for awhile then I looked down at Abby. She looked up and smiled at me. I smiled back then she started kissing my neck. I smirked. I knew she was up to something and now I have a feeling that I know what it is now. I felt her start sucking on my neck. I couldn't help but moan and I felt her smirk against my neck and she went back to kissing my neck. I lover her so much. I don't know how I got so lucky to get someone like her. She's my everything. She stopped kissing my neck and looked up at me the smiled. I smiled and kissed her. Her lips were soft and gentle against mine like they always were. She's still so innocent. I don't know how she puts up with me. She's so different from other girls. She made me change for the good. Before her I never thought I would be married or even have a kid. I never thought the boys would change too. I can't believe they did. I know they love Mason and changed to be around him. They still go out but they don't do anything bad around him. That's good because if they did I wouldn't let them around. I pulled away from the kiss and said "Maybe we should finish watching this movie before I take you into the bedroom."
