It wasn't the time to be flirting. I just put the paper in my pocket. I didn't want to litter.

"The streets gone start talking. I'm not gonna stop til I find my answer."

"I'm not going back to the street life."

"Love? What the fuck? Why you telling my little cousin you love her?"

"Okay. We're dating. She's my girlfriend."

"I'm gonna kill you."

"What happened to the bro code. Bros Before Hoes. Point black period. Family is Family."

"I better not catch you in the streets. "

Man... Lemme go hit up my peeps. I still got business to handle.

Morgan POV

I felt a major head migraine. Nothing like any headache I've had before.

I sent Lonnie to go get the doctor, she came back in five minutes. Thank god I wasn't dying. I could've died in two.

Doc: Hello Ms Banks. How are you feeling?

"Doc I just experienced a major head migraine and I don't think that was a good thing"

Doc: Well pain is rarely ever a good thing. But I think it's just a typical result of your hit to the temple which is a sensitive part of your head. There is a chance the pain may come back but it won't kill you. I would just recommend pain medication; Ibuprofen, Advil, Moltrin, etc. Any of those can work. Besides that we see no major injuries or illnesses to keep you here for so you're free to go. Just take some pain medication, stay well rested, and eat a healthy diet.

"Alright thank you." I say.

"You have a nice week Ms Banks. Try not to stress. You don't want your brain overwhelmed at all." He adds

"I'll try." I smile.

He exits the room.

"Can you hold this piece of paper for me?" I ask Lonnie.

"Yeah. Just remind me I have it" She puts it in her back pocket.

We leave the hospital and go through the check out process. They inform us that they will send the bill to our home. I don't know who's gonna pay for it, I'm just glad my mom isn't in town. She would've tripped out by now.

* * * *

We arrive home and I go to the couch and lay down.

Lonnie makes sure I get to the couch smoothly.

"Alright, no opening doors. And remember what the doctor said. If you need me I'll be in my room" She says to me before heading upstairs to her room to leave me lonesome on the couch.

"Yes ma'am." I tease back. She's trying to act like a mom. As if she's my guardian. I know it's just her protective instincts. Sometimes it's nice and other times it's annoying because she be trying to act like she somebody.

"Wait-" I call out to her trying to catch her before she's too far. "That piece of paper. I need that"

Luckily she heard me and she came back to give it to me.

"Thank you" I look at the paper I found on the bed.

I start thinking about how to go about this problem. I remember I know people. My past life may not be the best but it still has its benefits. I decide to text an old friend, Daz, so he could do me a favor. He promised he'd always have my back for anything all I needed to do was call.

He's a crazy smart, tech guy. He could search up anyone in the matter of minutes. I'm gonna have him find out who the hell this number belongs to and I got something planned for them and Jamie wannabe sneaky ass.

I dial up his number and call him.

. . .

"Hey Daz. It's Mo."

"Hey babygirl. What's up?"

"I need a small favor" I say

"Anything for you"

"I have a number and I need to know who it belongs to"

"No problem. What's the 10?"

I read him the number off the paper.

"Alright. Give me like 5 minutes I got you."

"Thank you Daz"

"Anytime babygirl"

I hang up and wait patiently.
. . .

Lonnie comes down the stairs and lets me know she's going out real quick and that she'll be back soon.

I tell her to get some food while she's out. Then she leaves out the door saying okay.

With 5 minutes having been passed, I recieve a text from Daz with the 411

In the text, he sent me a brief background of the person linked with that number.

"Tasha Millon
24 year old Female
Attended University of Central Florida
Raised in Central Florida
Brown Hair
Wears contacts
Size 7 shoes
Works at Priority Health Hospital as Receptionist
Has a kid
Just got out a relationship
Known for stealing people out of relationships - home wrecker"

I process the information I just read and things start to tie up in my head.

"This bitch had the fvxking nerve to get the dusty receptionist's number while coming to see me. Mother fvxking nerve. Wait til I see her again"

I decide to be REAL petty and send a fake text to Jamie apologizing and asking her if she would just come and see me.

"Baby I'm sorry about earlier today at the hospital. I know you didn't mean what you said. We were both mad. I really miss you. Lonnie isn't home and I really need you. Can you come over?"

"Yeah I'll be there in a minute" she responds

She got another thing coming if she thinks she gone treat me like a side piece or think she could have side pieces. What you need side pieces for when you have a 5 star meal on your plate? She got me throwed.
