34 - Breaking News

Previously....

"You're fucking pathetic. I hope karma bites you in the ass."

I didn't care how much my hands hurt. She was gonna feel this.

"I can't believe I ever liked you."

"Who the fuck are you? I don't even know you anymore. You were my bro. We were family."

The "tears" turned into anger and I swung.

"She's your bro. Not mine. She's dead to me"

Slowly but surely my senses started to leave me one by one.

It's crazy how quick people can change. It's also crazy who you wouldn't expect to be bad people but still turn out to be.

♢♢Surprise Visitors♢♢

"Breaking News.

Body left for dead at local gas station. Seemed to have been jumped and left alone. An anonymous person called the police reporting the situation. The person is now being taken to the hospital. She was said to be losing a lot of blood.

It's just in the person was identified as a female named Chasity Vega.

The question is who would have done this and what could she have done to deserve this?

I'm your host Mitchell Hanes and thank you for tuning in to Channel 4 news."

××Unknown POV××

I hear the news and I go straight to the hospital.

"Hi. I'm here to see Chasity Vega."

"Are you family or friend?" The clerk asks

"Yes" I respond.

"I.D. and sign this." She hands me a clipboard.

I sign it and return it to her.

"Well it seems that she is currently in surgery. So you're going to have to wait."

Oh my god. My baby.

I had no choice but to wait. So I found a chair to sit. All I could do was think. I felt so sorry. I felt like this was all my fault. I felt like shit. I just wanted to apologize to her.

I really hope she survives. I couldn't live to know she didn't make it. I would be filled with too much guilt.

I just couldn't sit still. My legs kept shaking. And if it wasn't my legs then my feet. Then my hands.

Time was flying and I was so nervous.

God please let her be okay. Take me before you take her.

Time was flying. I was waiting. Time kept flying. I kept praying.

I never thought things would get this bad.

...

It had been some time now because it was a different color outside.

I go back up to the lady at the desk.

"Excuse me. Is there any update on Chasity Vega? I ask politely.

"Yes. She's now in room 342." She hands me a sticker for a visitor's pass.  I put it on my shirt and head up to her room. I have to see my baby again.

She probably doesn't even have anyone to visit her. When she wakes up and sees me she'll know at least one person is here for her.

××Bianca POV ××

I was sitting on the couch thinking. I just hope this girl doesn't hurt badly. I almost wanted to go and save her but I had to think twice.

"Watch your TV Bianca. This is not your battle to fight" I tell myself.

I try to listen to myself and sit back and watch TV.

××Chaz POV ××

I'm in so much pain it's crazy. I kind of remember things but I don't know if I was dreaming or not.

Lonnie left me after she injured me. Next thing I know I'm in a hospital getting surgery. And I tried to move but they put me back to sleep.

Now I'm somewhere I don't know where. I can't move much. It hurts to try. I still feel pain.

I groan in agony.

Then I hear another person.

They gasp. "Honey, are you awake?"

Who is this man calling me honey?

I open my eyes. I couldn't believe it. Fear ran through my body. If I almost had a heart attack with the Lonnie surprise. That had nothing on this moment.

"What are you doing here?" I ask.

"I'm your father. Why wouldn't I be here."
