Lonnie POV

I got home and went straight to the shower. I got out and changed into my gym shorts and t-shirt. I shoot a text Morgan to see if she was busy. I asked her if we could talk and she said sure.

10 minutes later she knocked on the door. I opened it.

Hey

Morgan: Hey

Come in.

Morgan: What do you need to talk about?

I called you over because I wanted to apologize for my behavior last night. I was disrespectful for no reason and you didn't deserve that. You're my cousin I should've at least asked for the truth before I assumed. I would've been here for you if I would've known what had happened. I'm really sorry. I'm a stupid asshole but I hope you can forgive me.

Morgan: I forgive you. Just don't come out your mouth like that to me ever again cause there will be one less Banks family member.

I was heated. I'm sorry. But I'm even more sorry about what happened. Why didn't you call me?

Morgan: Well I didn't know where you were and I had seen Jamie walking towards the parking lot and I just needed someone to help me. So I called her.

So who was it?

Morgan: I love you cuz but I'm not crazy enough to tell you.

Why not?

Morgan: I know you. There will be no killing. No torturing. No violence. She already has her's coming to her.

It was a girl? Nah B. Tell me who it was.

Morgan: I'm not telling you, I'm not telling my mom, and neither are you. I'm fine and alive. Nothing happened only minor bruises are visible. So calm down and just be happy I'm alive.

Since you family I'll respect your choice. But I swear if I find out who it was they gone wish they weren't alive.

Morgan: And that's why I'm not telling you.

Whatever.

Morgan: Well I'm gonna head home. I'm hungry and I'm tired.

Want me to take you to school tomorrow?

Morgan: Nah. Save your gas. You should walk with me.

I laughed.

Yeah, nice one.

Morgan: Later big head.

Be safe.

She left and I got something to eat then went back to my room and fell asleep.

Morgan POV

Sigh.. I have a lot on my mind. Life is just eating me up inside. Honestly, I wanted to tell Lonnie I had feelings for Jamie but I froze. I don't know I just couldn't say it.

I get home and go to my room. I drowned into my pillows. I wish I had answers. I wish there was a sign telling me what to do.

Door Bell Rang...

*runs to front door*
