51 - Insecurities Need Reassurance

I never knew Chaz was this much of a freak. Shit I would've been snatched her ass.

We didn't get to do too much cause these nurses kept coming in to check on her. I mean it's what they're supposed to do, but if I'm in here doesn't that mean leave us alone so I can did what I want with my girl. I highkey wanted to put the chair between the knob and the door to stop them all from coming in.

"Hey. It's okay. I can wait for it. You're worth it." She talks smooth and bites her lip.

I was pouting like a little kid and she could see how frustrated I was, but by saying that she made me feel a little better and her biting her lip only made me want her even more.

"Don't be doing that with your lip. That's my job."

She licks her lip with that smirk on her face.

"Grab my phone so we can call B. I hope she answer."

I do as she says and she dials up her number. I take a seat in the chair and let her talk and do what she gotta do.

~Oh hey..

The phone was loud enough for me to hear the tone of her voice. I could feel her awkwardness.

I uh.. I know we had some things go wrong between us but I want to put that in the past and let you know that I forgive you and our issues can be put past us. Neither of us deserve to live with guilt or negativity on our hearts. Life is about growth and finding happiness.

~You're right and I really appreciate that Chaz. You're always a kind hearted person. I just wish it all didn't go down the way it did.

The way Chaz spoke with so much sincerity in the tone of her voice, it made me scared. Like she could still have feelings for Bianca and I'm just throwing her back into her her hands.

I'm in the hospital again and now I need a place to stay.

~You can stay with me, but how did you end up in the hospital again? Are you okay?

It's kind of a long story. Maybe we can catch up when I get to your place.

~When do you get released?

Um.. In an hour. Can you actually come pick me up?

~Yeah sure. I'll get ready and be there by eight.

She hangs up.

"So.. You sleeping on the couch right?" I ask.

"Really?" She asks dramatically.

"What? You know she still likes you" She scoffs at my insecurity. She must've thought I wasn't being serious.

"And? She can like me all she wants I have a whole girlfriend now. A girlfriend who can beat both of our asses."
