Chapter 29

Tsuna and Takeshi were about to get in the car when the former gasped.

"What's wrong, Tsuna?" Takeshi asked.

Nana looked at her son curiously from inside the car, she was still cradling Ciel who was still unconscious.

"Mother, Takeshi, can you two go back first? Something important to me fell off somewhere, I have to find it and it might take a long time, I need to retrace my steps" he said.

Nana and Takeshi shared a look before nodding, "Alright"

"Come back soon, Tsuna" Takeshi said.

Tsuna smiled reassuringly, "Un. I will. Reborn-san, please go with them"

There was a meaning behind those words, a silent request.

"Please go with mother and Takeshi, I know you're not what you are and can protect them while I'm gone"

Reborn said nothing, though, he did hop off from Tsuna's head and into the car.

He knew what the brunette was asking of him, though he did not know how, but Tsuna somehow knew they were in the mafia, he'll question the brunette about it later.

Tsuna nodded gratefully, "Thank you, Reborn-san"

"Follow us once you find what you are looking for, Tsu-kun" Nana said.

Tsuna nodded, "Yes, mother, I will."

The door to the limousine closed as said car drove off. Tsuna watched the car disappear before going back to the mansion, 'I can't believe I lost it!!' he thought.

Iekatsu headed towards where he had last seen his mother.

"Mother? Mother? Where are you? Mother?" He repeatedly called. He looked around and did not see the woman.

"That useless mother of yours already left!! I don't know what kind of power is backing you up but I swear, once I figure it out, I'll make you sleep deep inside you for eternity!!!" A voice in his mind yelled.

"My mother is not useless!! I don't know how you came into existence but my body is not yours to control!!" he shouted, clutching his head.

Something glinted right in front of him, "What?" He shakily walked towards the glinting object and picked it up.

It was a ring with a lion cub.

Tsuna frantically searched for his lost item.

He had searched everywhere, except for two certain places, he grimaced. One was the room where his father is in, the other is the hall where he met his brother.

Maybe......he should check the hall first?

With that in mind, he ran to the said place.

Timoteo, together with his guardians and Shamal walked into his office.

"It's hard to believe that Tsunayoshi has so much potential in such a young age" Brow Nie stated.

"I agree, I can see his eyes blazing with tamed power yet his face was so....calm and collected...did I mention that he looked very much like Primo?" Ganauche said.

"Yes you did, Ganauche, you always mention that for every hour!! Forget his face, I can practically feel the fierce and strong yet gentle and kind aura oozing out of his body!!" Shamal exclaimed.
