I finished my grilled cheese and cleaned my plate. It finally dawned on me that I did not know anything about Jace. Hell,I don't even know his pack's name!

"Hey Jace," I said nervously. Looked up to see Jace looking at me intently."Umm,I kinda don't know you or,well, anything." I saw Jace smile and patted the seat across from him. I walked over and sat down.

"What do ya' want to know princess?"

"I don't know,your life story and info on the pack?" He smiled once again at the mention of his pack.

"Okay,um,well I'm 24,Alpha of the bloodrose pack,and I'm an only child. My mom is still alive,so is my dad.I became Alpha at 18 and I respect my pack.My full name is Jace Eija Black,wolfs name is Jaxson.  What about you?"

"This is kinda weird..." I said unsurly and he laughed that angelic laugh.

"C'mon,love."

"Okay," I wiped my clammy hands on my jeans."Well my full name is Ava Grace Pike,wolf's name is Charlotte. Mom and dad both dead." I finished. I looked up to see Jace with a really-that's-all look. 

"Are you an only child?"Oh no! Not that question.I looked down at my lap.

"Y-yeah." I said way too fast.

"Princess." 

"Yeah?"

"You can tell me the truth. We are mates." I sighed,he's right.

"Okay,well Haley,my sister,and I were playing in the woods one day. She was older than me,so she could shift into her wolf. I was chasing her and we heard a growl,"I started to see tears rising."and she said stop. I was little so I ran towards the growl,because I was little and so.Fucking.Stupid."The tears started to fall." It was a rogue. It came at me but,Haley blocked the blow. She told me to run,get help,and not to look back. But I ran to a tree and climbed it.  And I watched. I watched my sister get her neck snapped.It was all my fault. If I only got help,she would be alive and my pack would not hate me." I finished quietly. I raised my eyes to meet dark grey ones.

Jace got up and came over to me. He used his thumb to wipe away the tears and came close to my ear. 

"It was not your fault." Then he kissed my earlobe,sending tingles in my body.

Once the kitchen scene was over,Jace and I decided to watch a movie. 

"Jace," He hummed in response."where is Zach?"

"Oh yeah. He's with Luc-" He got interrupted when a running Lucas came in and dashed to the closet. He slammed the door. Jace turned to me and I gave him a confused look. Jace paused the movie.Then we heard a small giggle. Zach. Jace and I broke our trance and turned to see Zach running in. Zach looked at me and held a finger over his mouth. I nodded my head. Zach then mouthed 'Where is he?' I pointed to the closet door and Zach tipped toed over to the door. He opened the door fast and tagged Lucas.

"I win!" Zach shouted. Jace and I busted out laughing. Lucas came out and sat down on the other couch pouting. While Zach came a sat on my lap.

"Awww,is someone a sore-loser?" Jace taunted.

"Shut up and just play the movie." Lucas soury said. I giggled and Jace played the movie. Every now and then a pack member would walk though and greet me.  Jace's pack seemed nice. By the time the movie was done,I found myself in Jace's arm and Zach using my leg as a pillow. Jace kissed my temple.

"Ready for bed?"

"Yes!" Zach said tiredly. Zach got up and ran up the steps. I chuckled and stood up. I walked over to Lucas and shook him so he would wake up. He growled and I slapped him on the side of his head. That seemed to wake him up and he flashed open his eyes. 

"What the hell?" I shrugged and walked up the steps with Jace holding my hand,while he was cracking up from the slap. We reached the bedroom to find Zach in the bathroom,standing on his stool brushing his teeth. As Jace shut the door,I started to walk to get changed,but Jace grabbed my hand and pulled me into his chest. 

"Really?" I questioned.

"Really,"He lifted my chin up so I could meet his eyes.'Do you maybe want to meet the pack tomorrow?" I was shocked and he took the silence as a sad no. I saw disappointment in his eyes.

"Sure." That brightened his mood.

"Good,we can go shopping tomorrow." I nodded my head.

"But,it is on unclaimed territory so,you and Zach will have to stay close to me at all times." I nodded again. We parted ways to get ready for bed. I left the tee on from today and got a pair of sweatpants. I layed down and hugged Zach into me,so we were facing Jace.

"Momma!" Someone yelled,then the bed moved. I felt small kisses on my cheeks. I giggled and opened my eyes to see a happy Zach. I glanced at the alarm clock. 7:23 am. Great.....

Zach noticed I was awake.

"C'mon momma get up! Get up!"

Okay,okay." My voice cracked.Zach got up and pulled the covers off me and I was greeted by the freezing cold. I groaned,but got up. 

"Zach,why did you wake me up?"

"Because we are going shopping!" He squealed.

"Geez,you sound a girl." He made a disgusted face when I basically called him a girl.

We both got changed and went downstairs to see people,people with balloons,lights,boxes,and some people with tablecloths. I looked to Zach to see his eyes wide with amusement. We walked to the kitchen to see three plates with pancakes,fruit,and orange juice. Zach ran to the first chair he saw and started to eat. As I sat down Jace entered and took the other seat. He smiled at me and I returned the smile. We ate in silence,except for Zach who kept talking about yesterday and how dumb Lucas was.

We were in Jace's  all black,2015 RAM 1500. Zach was in the backseat playing on Jace's phone,while I stared out the window. 

"Zach," Zach hummed in response and I tore my gaze away from the window and to Jace who looked at Zach though the rear view mirror every now and then. Zach still played on his phone.

"Zach,can put the phone down?" Jace asked.

"Yeah..."He said while finished up the game. The he put the phone down and looked towards Jace.

"I'm only going to say this once,stay with me and Ava at all times."
