Calum:

"Six weeks since I've been away
And now you're sayin' everything has changed
And I'm afraid that I might be losing you."

Six weeks. Six weeks since he left for tour. You weren't used to Calum being gone as this was his first tour since you two started dating. You missed him and he missed you.

It was especially hard on you. Calum knew this. You usually didn't have long-distance relationships, but you knew it wasn't permanent. You never liked the idea of being away from the one you loved.

While he was out touring, you were trying to find something to do. Watch TV, visit a friend, go somewhere, anything. You did those things and it seemed boring at the moment.

Your phone rang. You answered it, already looking at the caller ID. "Hey."

"Hi." Calum replied. "How are you doing?"

"I don't know." You let out a sigh. "I miss you so much and it's only been six weeks."

"I know. I miss you too." He said. "But, I'll be back home in a few months. It'll be over before you know it."

"I hope so." You replied. "It's just. . . Everything's changed, Calum. You can't be here with me and I don't know what to do."

There was a moment of silence. Calum took a deep breath before letting it out. "(y/n), I know this is hard. It's killing me that I can't be with you."

"What happens when you've been away for months?" You asked. If it was killing him now, how would he be in four or even seven months?

"Then, I come home sooner." He answered softly. "I love you, (y/n), and tour's not going to change that."

"I love you too." You said.

"I have to go, I'm sorry. Bye."

"Bye." You whispered and hung up. Calum was scared that he might be losing you. You were scared, too.

Ashton:

"Oh, everyday
You feel a little bit further away
And I don't know what to say."

Ashton stared at his phone. You had been on vacation with your family and you got back yesterday. You hadn't messaged him at all and you never tweeted him. At least a tweet would be good. Even if it was a simple "Miss you @Ashton5SOS" but it wasn't.

You said "Hi" to him and that was pretty much it. You felt a bit further away since the vacation -- no, before that. He didn't know how to keep you both from fading. He wanted you to kiss him, hug him, or hold his hand. But, you didn't.

"(y/n)," Ashton said. You looked at him. He meant to talk to you, to tell you how he felt about the distance. But, his mind completely blanked. "I. . ."

"You can tell me anything." You replied, sitting up.

"I don't know what to say." He let out a deep breath.

"Just remember that you can tell me, alright? When you know what to say, tell me, Ashton." You smiled at him.

He nodded. "Okay."

"Are you okay?" You asked.

"Yeah. . . I'm fine." Ashton gave you a smile. But, how was he fine if he was losing you?

"Alright. I'll be in the room, let me know if you need anything." You got up and left the room.

"I need you again." He said once you left. "I miss you."

Luke:

"Every night I'm losing you in a thousand faces
Now it feels we're as close as strangers."

When Luke performed, he used to only look at you. Throughout the entire show. But, now, it was different.

About a thousand people came to tonight's show. You were one of them. Tonight, he looked into the crowd, away from you. He didn't know which one you were, he couldn't find you. He used to be able to.

Luke realized you were just another face in the crowd. You did, too. You let out a sigh, wondering how this happened.

Were you losing your relationship? Was it something you did? You didn't know how to tell Luke that this was happening. You didn't know how to solve this.

You stayed at the concert, watching your boyfriend onstage. You wanted things to go back to the way they were. Cuddles, movie nights, kisses, laughter. . . You missed it.

You blinked away tears before focusing on Calum. Throughout the concert, you watched Calum, Michael, and Ashton. Finally, you looked at Luke and saw him glance at you. You felt a small amount of hope, but realized it was useless. You met his gaze, feeling sad and heartbroken. You could tell that he knew you were upset about something.

You continued watching him perform. You loved him and you knew the distance wouldn't be easy to bring up. You didn't want to bring it up. What if you were wrong about it all?

But, what if you weren't?

Michael:

"Through the tears
I can hear that I shouldn't have gone
Eve day gets harder to stay away from you."

Tears ran down your face as you talked to your boyfriend on the phone. "Michael, you--" you took a deep breath, "I know it's not fair for me to say this, but. . . You shouldn't have gone." Your voice cracked.

"I know, I didn't want to leave. It's just two more months, okay? I'll be home after and we can spend a lot of time together, I promise." He said.

You sniffled. "I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize, (n/n). I know it's hard. I miss you so much. Hang in there for me. We'll be in Sydney for the last few shows and then I'll already be home. I can spend time with you before the shows and when we're not performing. Then, we're done with the tour and I'll be able to be with you longer."

"Okay. I love you." You replied, wiping away the rest of your tears.

"I love you." Michael repeated back to you. "I'll call you when I can. I hope it won't be too late when I do."

"Me too."

"Bye."

"Bye."

Every day, it grew harder and harder for Michael to stay away from you. He loved you so much and he missed you and his family. You missed him, too. But, in two months, you'd see him again.
