You two meet or see each other before you actually met again. So, you briefly talk or notice each other way before you start dating. Kind of like seeing each other at a party and a year later, you see each other again and become friends then date, whatever.
-------------------------------Calum:
The boys dared Calum to go to a stranger and act like he knew them. He walked over to you, smirking. "Hi, do you remember me?"
"Um, no. I don't think so. Who are you?" You asked. He held back his laughter.
"I'm your friend from college. I'm Gerald." Calum replied. Your eyebrows knitted together in confusion before you let out a laugh.
"I don't think you're my friend. Nice try." You smirked.
"What? Why would you think that?" He was curious. Were you a fan of his?
"Because, I would have remembered a face as cute as yours." You answered. "Look, Gerald, I have to go. It was nice talking to you." With that, you walked away. You left him amazed.
"Dude," Michael walked over to Calum. "What did she say?"
"She knew I was lying. She said she would have remembered a face as cute as mine. I don't know her name, but I like her."
"Calum, you'll find her again one day." Luke said and he was right.
Ashton:
You thanked the employee and turned around, holding your coffee. You started walking to the door when someone bumped into you. The hot beverage went out of the cup and onto your jacket.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" The person apologized. You looked at him and pursed your lips. "Uh, here's some money for a new jacket." He handed you money. "And I'll get you another cup of coffee."
"I'm okay, I'll get it. But, I will use the money for a new jacket." You took off your hoodie to stop the heat from the beverage. "Thanks." You said.
"Are you sure? I could buy it." He offered.
"What's your name?"
"Ashton." The boy answered.
"Well, Ashton, I'm fine. Thank you for the offer." You replied. "I really need to be somewhere."
"Oh." Ashton nodded. "Have a nice day."
You smiled and nodded. "You too." You left the coffee shop.
Luke:
He entered the house, feeling a bit relaxed yet nervous. He didn't really know anyone except for the boys. Ashton's girlfriend was hosting the party.
"Hi, guys!" She greeted them. Her dirty blonde hair was down and her brown eyes were full of kindness. She hugged Calum, Michael, Luke and Ashton. Her hug with Ashton was longer as they embraced each other.
The boys split up. Calum recognized someone and Michael recognized someone else. Ashton went with his girlfriend.
Luke let out a sigh before he saw a girl leaning against a wall with her arms crossed. He walked over to her. "Hi."
"Hi." She said, looking at him.
"How are you?"
"Bored, you?"
"Bored." He answered truthfully. "My friends all knew someone here and one of them is the boyfriend of the hostess."
You nodded. "Yeah, I'm a good friend of hers. . . What's your name?"
"Luke." The blonde boy answered. "What's your name?" He asked. You told him, but all he could hear was the beginning of it. "I'm sorry, what was that?"
"It's--"
"Okay, everyone! Go partner up with someone you aren't next to! In five minutes, go to another person and so on!" Your friend said through a microphone. She ran over to you, pulling you away from Luke.
Eventually, he'd see you again at Ashton's girlfriend's house.
Michael:
You spotted Michael Clifford walking around. You debated with yourself if you should ask for a picture. After a minute, you decided to just walk over there and ask. What could possibly go wrong?
"Um, hi." You said after walking over to him. "Could I take a picture with you if you're not too busy?"
"Sure!" He smiled at you. You grinned and took the picture with him.
"Thank you so much." You said.
"No problem." He replied.
"Have you played the new Pokémon game?" You asked, trying to start a conversation with him.
"Yeah, I have. It's pretty cool. Do you like it?"
"Yeah, I enjoy it. I really like (favorite Pokémon)."
"Me too."
You spent a while talking before his phone vibrated. "I'm sorry, I have to go meet up with the boys."
"Oh, it's fine. Don't apologize." You smiled.
"It was nice talking to you." Michael hugged you before leaving. He didn't care if you were a fan or not, he questioned whether there could be something between you two or not.
Luckily, he saw you at their concert and asked for your number.
