Chapter 8: Are We Screwed?

Yixing had a furious face at Kris and pulled me towards him.

" WHY THE HELL DID YOU TRY TO STEAL HER?" screamed Yixing. He pulled Kris out of the stall and into the open.

" BECAUSE SHE NEEDS SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY LOVE HER AND NOT USE HER!" screamed Kris. I went and locked the bathroom door, just so that people don't come in. I was really scared.

" YOU'RE JUST A PLAYER! YOU ALWAYS STEAL YIXING'S GIRLS! KARRERA IS A GREAT GIRL AND DESERVES YIXING, AND NOT A PUNK LIKE YOU!" screamed Chen. He was protecting Yixing. That made Kris furious and he punched Chen in the face. He gave him a black eye. Yixing punched Kris' jaw. Kris kneed Yixing in the stomach and slapped his face. His whole left side of the face was red.

" KRIS ENOUGH! GO HOME! YOU HAVE NO HOPES! IT'S 6 AGAINST 1!" exclaimed Xiumin. Kris looked at all of us, trying to straighten his jaw.

" Well, then. I guess that Tao is just going to find out about your little secret," said Kris as he walked out of the bathroom, but right before he left, I talked.

" And I guess that Tao's going to find out about you kidnapping me, trying to take me on a date against my own will, and punching and slapping Yixing and Chen..." I said. Now I made that proud, clever smile. He just looked at me. He looked at me with that same face. I don't think he gave up yet. Though, the guys all laughed and high-fived me. Kris left.

" Thank you SO MUCH guys!" I went and individually hugged each and every one. I also gave a quick, secret peck on Yixing's dimple.

" Let's go. Don't worry about it..." said Yixing, comforting me. We all walked out until I realized...

" Kris took my car..." I muttered. They all looked at me with the face like I'm a genius for remembering.

" Nah don't worry about it. He'll give it back or we'll get it back!" said Chen punching his fist. I began to like Chen a lot. (you know, as a friend) He's just really fun to be around. I laughed. We drove home and just in case, they told me to stay in the car. They'd get the keys and we'd drive home.

I waited a few minutes. I texted my friends exactly about what just happened.

" No...that can't be! You're making it up, just so that we'll stop bothering about Kris," said Hannah.

" Baes, I SWEAR. It just happened," I replied.

" PROVE IT!" texted Erika. Good thing I had taken a picture of Yixing's red face and Chen's black eye for proof of Kris. I sent them the pictures.

" Never mind...Karrera, STAY AWAY FROM THAT FREAK!" said Hannah. I laughed. Then I saw Yixing and my car coming out of the garage. I walked out of the car, again thanked Xiumin and Chen, and walked to my car.

" Here...you drive," said Yixing. He got out of the driver's seat and he sat in the passenger's seat. I already knew that Kris lied about Yixing. Yixing is the most perfect guy anyone could ever have. I lowered the roof and smiled. He knew I liked it. I pulled out of the driveway and onto the streets.

" Wow. This is such a nice car! It drives so well!" I said. Yixing smiled. " Thank you."

It was already 7. It was dark outside and we reached my house. I parked my car and it looked REALLY nice against my nice home. Yixing escorted me home, and started to walk back to the dorm. I offered to drive him, but he said that he needs the excersize. I felt really bad letting him walk home, so I ran to him and told him to come in. He came in, and we sat down on my couch. Then, I got a phone call. I looked at the caller...

And it was Tao.

Yixing and I started to panic because he now probably knows about our relationship. I answered the phone, very calmly. Yixing sat right beside me and listened. I had him on speaker.

" Hi Tao!"

" Hi Karrera..."

" How are you?"

" I'm fine...and you?" I could tell that he was already pissed.

" I'm OK. How come you called me? You haven't called me in months!"

" I have something to talk to you about..."

" What?"

" It's something that we need to discuss. Meet me at the park in front of your house in 5 minutes. I want you to be sitting at the bench where we always sit at," by then I could tell that Yixing was about to have a heart attack.

" OK. See you in 5 minutes..." I said. He didn't even say bye. He just hung up.

" Oh god. We're screwed. Kris went and told him everything..." Yixing said all panicky.

" Don't worry. Remember, if Kris blackmailed us, we blackmail him," I said. He looked at me and immediately smiled.

" You're such a demon! I like that!" said Yixing. He smiled and we laughed.

" OK well, I better go. I don't want him to be even more mad than he is now," I said. I ran out the house and Yixing followed. He walked home while I ran to the park and the special bench.

I waited for 2 minutes when I saw him.

It was really Tao.
