Chapter 67: Zheng the...

(above is a pic of Zheng. Not too bad, right? But compared to Yixing, he's literally a hobo. NO one can beat Xing Xing, right?)

We reached Zheng's house and I swear it was a palace. Not a house. A castle. A palace. Whoa.

The limo driver opened the door for us and we walked through his gates. Just then I was greeted by a large Dobberman dog and it jumped onto me. I love dogs so I let him lick my hand. I swear when it's on me it's almost my height. I was laughing and Zheng and Tao were watching and chuckling.

" Lina, stop it. Come here," said Zheng, calling "Lina" back to him. Lina jumped off me and onto Zheng. " Well, we better get going...I guess..."

He guided us into his house and I swear it was EVEN LARGER THAN IT SEEMED FROM OUTSIDE. HOW IS THAT FREAKING POSSIBLE!? My mouth dropped and so did Tao's. Zheng seemed to be really enjoying our reaction. But then I realized that I had to stay cold so I closed my mouth and seemed to not care. But Tao still stayed as is.

" You like?" he asked us.

" Cool place, bruh," said Tao.

" Karrer?" asked Zheng for my thoughts.

" DON'T call me Karrer," I replied, VERY coldly. He was slightly held-a back. I feel bad for him...

But I don't want to be with Zheng, I want to be with Zhang, as in Zhang Yixing.

" Tao, can I have a moment please?" asked Zheng. Tao nodded and he went and sat on the couch while Zheng dragged me outside and towards the garden. We sat down at a bench where it was crowded with beautiful plants, flowers, trees, bushes, and fountains. It was honestly GORGEOUS, but I kept my poker face. I think that being cold is better than being bitchy. He looked at me while I just looked down at the floor. " Is everything alright?"

" What the hell do you MEAN, is everything alright?" I mimicked in a rude tone. He looked at me.

" Karrer, what happened to the warm and loving girl that I used to know? Is she gone? Is she the cold girl that's in front of me now?" asked Zheng.

" I've always been like this," I replied.

" You know..." he said as he took my hand and held it. I tried pulling it away and he just held it tighter. " I actually like this cold side of you more. You're more tough and I like it. You just really know the way to make me crazy, you know?"

My eyes widened.

Shit.

I just stayed silent and I remained looking down and avoided looking anywhere else.

" You don't know how happy I am to have a wife like you," he said. He tried to kiss the top of my head but I slipped away and I stood up. THAT'S when I got mad.

" OK STOP IT!!! JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK THAT I'M GOING TO MARRY YOU DOESN'T MEAN THAT I'LL EVER LOVE YOU!! AND DON'T THINK THAT I'LL EVER EVEN LET YOU TOUCH ME," I exclaimed. He was held aback a bit.

" Why not? Once you're married...you're technically mine..." he smirked with an evil smile. I just wanted to cry and run away into Yixing's arms. " So I can do anything I want with you."

*lol Monster is playing in my head right now!*

I took a deep breath to calm myself down.

" Zheng, OK. I'm not that cold person. I'm still the Karrera you always knew. Yes, I still have that warm and loving and caring side to me. I haven't changed. But you? You HAVE changed. I thought you were smart and understanding and caring, too. But apparently you're NOT. You're just a cruel and selfish person who's literally going to ruin someone's life just so you remain happy. Is that who you are now? Are you just like that? Because I don't think that you're seeing this from MY angle. From MY point of view. Have you even considered MY side?" I asked. I sat back down at the bench. He shook his head. " Well, basically here's the point of view from my side. I'm FINALLY happy. FINALLY. All my life I've waited just to be happy, and there in Korea I've been blessed with it. I reunited with my brother/best friend, Tao. I missed him SO much and in the past few months I reunited with him. I made my childhood dream come true by becoming a singer. I'm not being ignored by anyone anymore because now I'm famous. And I met 10 AMAZING guys who took me through EVERYTHING. Well, maybe 9. (since there's Kris) But you know what it is that REALLY brought me happiness? My boyfriend. Zhang Yixing. Yup. He brought me to where I am now. And he's really the only person who KNOWS how to make me smile unintentionally until my cheeks hurt. You know why? Because I LOVE him. TRUE love. PURE love. Not fake love, which is what you're trying to give me."

I took a deep breath and Zheng was carefully listening.

" I like you, Zheng. But as a friend. And there's someone I want to be with. And I'm very sorry. But please understand my point of view. My side," I said. He looked at me.

" But howcome not me?" he asked.

" Because I already love someone else. Plus, you're like a brother to me. I could NEVER marry my brother," I replied.

" So if this all happened BEFORE you met that Zhang, you would've married me?" he asked. I shook my head.

" No, Zheng. You don't get the point. Ugh. Let me just put this straight forward. I don't want to marry you. It would be pain and torture if I did. So please understand me and convince your dad to marry someone else," I said. I wanted to stand up and walk back but he grabbed a hold of my thigh.

" You're not going anywhere..." he smirked.

1. 1K READS! YAAASSSS! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS FOR ALL YOUR LOVE, SUPPORT, AND PATIENCE! I LOVE YOU ALL!

2. SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO sorry for the late update! I've just been so busy recently AND I've suffured from MAJOR writer's block! Lol after like 3 days I FINALLY found inspiration and got an idea from a very good friend and I FINALLY wrote! Lol it's a short update though! I'm sorry! This is the best I could do!

3. What do you think should happen next? Lol I have VERY bad writer's block so I need inspiration! I'm going to be finishing book 1 pretty soon but I want to finish it off strong! If you have any ideas, don't post in the comments. Please just send me a message! Lol even the craziest ideas will do!

4. Upcoming: OK. So the next few weeks I'm going to be very busy and traveling to China! (Changsa! Where Xing Xing is from!) Up until around August 15th or so, I probably won't be able to update much or maybe an update every 3-4 days. Please understand and don't hate me! But I promise once I get back I will finish the book and get back to my normal updating schedule!
