"Jam! The police called me. And guess what?

Parang napako ako sa kinatatayuan ko at binalot ako nang matinding pagkagulat.

"They..?? B-but.. How? Where?" was all I can manage to say.

I was full of questions. They did? Pero paano? Saan? Bakit hindi siya unang nakita nang mga junior agents or even sila Chief?

Agad naman na lumapit sa akin si Jared at inalalayan ako. Thanks to him. Because I also think my legs were about to lose their energy.

"Relax, Jam. The police said she was fine. Nandoon na rin daw si Vince...whoever that is—"

"He is Vinn." I interrupted. Nalitong tinignan niya ako pero agad niya ding nakuha yon. Forming his mouth a big 'O.'

"So there. I think we should eat first before proceeding there, you say?" he said suggestively while showing his perfect white teeth beaming at me.

My shoulders drop instantly and frown at him, "Can we go there first? I think I won't be able to behave while we're eating if I won't be seeing her now.." I said. Slightly unsure.

Agad naman na napuno nang pag-alala ang mukha niya, then slightly winced as he saw my face. "Okay.. but first, please fix yourself. You don't fit in that face, babe. I don't want to see you making such face like that, aright? Come."

He hugs me tight and so do I. Ugh, I feel so comfortable being with him. But still not used to these feelings. Ang weird. Im scared yet I feel so happy.

Agad na bumitaw ako kay Jared. "Let's not waste time." I smiled slyly.

He winked at me, "We're not."

And with that, he tours me to his car and we doze off.

I smiled lightly, "Hi."

Nagpapalatak na lumapit si Yanna sakin at niyakap ako. "Buddy, you need to make them stop making a fuzz about this—"
