Amnesia

*Nadia’s P.O.V.*

     I woke to see Imani sitting in one of the chairs and Doc putting a person in the hospital bed right beside me. I looked at the guy and then doc, “Who’s this?” I heard Imani mumble oh no, but I ignored it. “This is Ray.” Ray… sounded familiar, he looked familiar, but I didn’t recognize him. I looked at him and sent him a gentle smile, “Hey, I’m Nadia.” He looked at me for a while. “What a beautiful name.” I blushed.

*Imani's P.O.V.*

     "Oh my god," I mumbled to myself. I faced the doctor and asked if I could privately talk to him. "How come they don't remember each other?" He looked at me, " Well they have amnesia." "What if they don't remember each other." He looked down,"Then they don't." It was so sad. Not remembering your love and what you had together.
