Women are bestowed with healing powers. They can live while bleeding, but only for a week or so.
Men are bestowed with two heads. As the saying goes, "two heads are better than one." Unless one of the heads aren't equipped with a brain, eyes, ears, a nose, and a mouth. However, the lack of those parts for the second head is actually an advantage. Men use their second head to produce and deliver the ingredients of life. Not to say that they are the ones with the most power on Earth. Women use these ingredients to create said life, so really, the power is in both of their hands.
