Chapter 30

Aleksandra's POV

"Marco, are you completely sure that you want me to move in with you" I ask still surprised by his request.

"I've been thinking about this since the day I met you. I do, I do want you to move in with me, but if you think it's too early or if you are not ready, I understand" he smile trying not to look sad about the idea of me refusing his proposal.

"Of course I want to move in with you, woodpecker" I giggle before kissing him.

"I have only one condition" he says seriously.

"What's that" I ask back.

"You are not allowed to make spells or magic things inside my house" he says before starting to laugh really hard.

When I woke up in the morning I was winced when I saw that Marco wasn't lying next to me. I stood up from the bed realizing that I was wearing Marco's shirt and I went to find him. It didn't take long. He was in the kitchen trying to cook.

"Why did you wake up" he asks when noticing my presence.

"You weren't there and I can't sleep without you" I say trying to look like a child.

"Morning, liebe" he says smiling while coming closer to me so that he could kiss me. "So, are you going to tell Elise today that you're moving in with me?"

"Yeah and it scares me that I have no idea how she's going to react" I say while sitting on a chair and waiting for Marco to give me a big cup of coffee.

"You're afraid that she'll go and see Sasha again" he says making me realize that was exactly what I was thinking. "Marcel is coming home today."

"What? How do you know" I ask shocked by the news. I wasn't ready to see him. Well, I couldn't be sure that I won't kill him.

"I called him this morning. He said that he misses Elise and that he needs to come home and talk to her. He sound really worried" Marco confesses.

"You need to talk to him because if you don't I'm not sure what I'm going to do to him" I whisper.

"I will, but what about Elise? Should we tell her that he's coming" he asks back.

"No, she needs to face him before we do."

"And how about the fact that she slept with Sasha?"

"That's her decision, but I don't think she's going to tell him the truth" I answer still thinking about how much Elise has suffered because of love.

It was already evening when I went back to Elise's apartment. It was strange to think that that place wasn't my home anymore, but this had to happen eventually. When I entered the apartment I was surprised to notice that Elise wasn't alone. She was talking with someone inside her room and to be honest for a second I thought Sasha was in there. But then I realized that she was fighting with someone, she was yelling and she was more than angry.

I stopped outside her bedroom and without feeling any shame I started to listen hoping that I will find out who's in there with her.

"I still can't believe that you had the nerve to come here" Elise says trying not to yell anymore.

"Baby, I don't understand what's wrong. I missed you, that's all" I hear Marcel explaining moment in which I was able to understand the reason of the fight.

"How are your parents" Elise asks ignoring his question. I could feel the irony in her voice.

"Fine, they are looking forward to meeting you" he answers almost whispering. There were a few second of silence before Elise calling him a liar and then, I think, slapping him.
