Aleksandra's POV
Since I left Sasha's house I've been trying to call Natasha but she just refused to answer. I didn't want to believe Sasha's words but what else should I understand from her refusal to talk to me? With everything that has happened lately I forgot about the fact that I had an organization to rule. I forgot that I had to make the people from the organization stop doing such bad things.
"I'm here to see Dima" I say to the man who was standing outside my father's door.
"And who are you supposed to be" the man asks looking really strange at me. He came closer to me and he started to analyze the way I look.
"I'm his daughter" I whisper into his ear when he wanted to touch me in a way I couldn't stand. When he heard what I said he stunned.
"I'm so sorry, ma'am, please don't tell him" he begs me proving me that he was afraid of Dima. I smiled and I entered the room without saying any other word. I had no intention in telling Dima but I felt a little jealous to know that he makes people fear him. I wanted to be capable of that too. Maybe in this way people will stop betraying me.
"Sweetheart, what are you doing here" I hear Dima say in the moment he saw me entering his room. He came closer to me and he hugged me. I have to admit that I didn't expect that. I wasn't used with this kind of love. Paternal love. After a few seconds he looked into my eyes and he just smiled. He seemed so happy to see me. "What's wrong" he asks again.
"Nothing. It's – I'm not used with this kind of love and it just felt nice" I simply answer showing him a smile.
"You'll get used with it, don't worry" he smiles back. "Please, sit down and tell me what happened."
"Why do you think something happened" I ask while sitting down. He looked at me and even if he didn't say a word I understood that he just knew. I was his daughter and even if I didn't want to admit, we were very much alike. "It's about the organization."
"I'm listening" he just says waiting for me to continue.
"Natasha wants to take the organization from me. She is trying to convince the others that I'm not good enough, that I don't care about Dimitri's legacy" I confess noticing that he didn't even blink when I told him these things.
"I was waiting for this to happen" he says while standing up. He started to walk across the room and after a few seconds he sat back on the chair.
"Why" I simply ask.
"Because Natasha is not who you thinks she is. She is evil and I'm not kidding, Aleksandra."
"What do you mean? I grew up with her! My fath – Dimitri brought her into our house. I cared about her like she was my sister" I answer back.
"She didn't feel the same, Aleksandra. She hated you" Dima says making me look at him like he was crazy. "You know that Dimitri told you that I was the one who killed her parents, but that's not completely true. There are more things that you don't know about that night."
"Then tell me" I almost yell.
"Not now, it's not the time for that story. There are other things you need to know" he says while grabbing my hand. "Remember how a few months ago you asked Natasha to find me" he asks making me realize I wasn't ready for whatever he had to tell me. "She found me. Well, I let her found me. You see, I knew everything about you. I knew that you came here in Germany that you became a lawyer and I knew when you became the leader of the organization" he confesses. "So when I found out that you asked her to find me I let Natasha find me."
"She never told me that she found you. She always said that you were somewhere in Italy" I whisper.
"There is a reason for this, darling. Natasha never told you because she wanted me to be her ally. She wanted me to help her get rid of you" Dima finally says moment in which I could feel how my heart started to beat faster and faster.
"What did you say to her" I ask while looking at my hands. I was trying to control my anger but it seemed impossible.
"That I agree, that I will help her get rid of you and get control over the organization" Dima admits moment in which I stood up and using all the hate I was feeling in that moment I punched the nearest thing I could find. He stood up and came next to me trying to see if I was hurt.
"How could you" I shout almost punching him too.
"Calm down, Aleksandra" he just says ignoring the fact that I was so close of hurting him.
"Don't tell me to calm down! You came here saying that you wanted me back that you wanted to be my father and then you tell me that you betrayed me! I'm going to kill you, Dima" I continue to yell not being able to understand why this kept on happening to me.
"I'm didn't betray you, sweetheart, I will never do that" Dima confess. "I had to tell her those things because I couldn't afford to let her know that I care about you this much. I couldn't afford to let her hurt you."
"You're lying" I whisper feeling how my body started to shiver.
"No, I'm not and you know it. You have to trust me, Aleksandra, please" he begs making me look into his eyes. He was hurt by the fact that I didn't trust him.
"I want revenge. I want to make her suffer" I whisper through my teeth.
"That's my baby girl" he says smiling. "And I have the perfect plan, but it involves Marco Reus" Dima continues to say surprising me even more.
"What? No way! I don't want anything bad to happen to him!"
"Nothing bad will happen to him. He's a strong man, believe me, I've checked."
"What did you do?"
"Do you trust me" Dima asks looking into my eyes.
"I do" I finally admit to him and to myself.
"Then listen what I have in mind!"
"I won't be able to represent any other people beginning from this moment" I say to Elise a few hours later.
"Why not? What happened" she asks worried. She didn't seem affected by what happened with Marcel, but I know for sure that she was trying to hide her feelings from me. She didn't want me to see her suffer.
"I have to go to Russia. There are a few things I need to solve and I don't know how long is going to take."
"Is there something wrong? Can I help you with something" she asks right away.
"Yes. I want you to stay here and take care of the firm. Make sure all of our employees will win their trials and make me proud" I answer smiling.
"I'll try" she smiles back. "What about Marco?"
"He's coming with me" I answer confident.
Marco's POV
"What are you doing here" I ask surprised to see that Dima was waiting for me outside the stadium.
"We need to talk" he answers without looking at me.
"I don't think we have something to talk. Or don't tell me that you're not afraid that Aleksandra could find out about our meeting" I say not knowing if I was threatening him or not.
"You really have no idea how to threaten someone" Dima says shocked.
"I'm just going to leave" I say deciding to ignore him.
"Aleksandra knows I'm here."
"What" I ask while turning around to face him.
"She knows I'm here. She sent me for you" he continues but I refused to believe. "Come on in, we have a long flight ahead" he says showing me his car.
"I'm not going anywhere with you" I answer immediately.
"It's okay, Marco. We can trust him" I hear Aleksandra's voice coming from behind me. "It's time for you to see where I grew up."
