Okay so one more part on Scarlett and then I'll move onto the new character. Yup, enjoy~

You have a hand over your mouth, hand in hand with your only daughter. The only child you have.

Another cry escapes your mouth and you look away from his grave.

He only died last month, saving your guys' daughter from getting hit by a car.

Vylad walks up, putting a hand on your shoulder.

You turn to him, crying into his chest.

"We're all going to miss him."

"You- you weren't the one who was married to him Vylad!"

"Yeah, it would be weird if I was married to my own brother." He says quietly.

You let out a breathy laugh.

Your daughter tugs on your hand.

There are tears staining her cheeks, she looks up to you with watery eyes.

"Dad?"

You stop hugging Vylad and kneel down to her size.

"He's not here honey." You say.

Tears start to go down her cheeks again.

You pick her up, and she latches onto your neck.

The ceremony is over, you look one last time into the coffin.

Your daughter leans over and kisses his cheek. You kiss his lips.

Icy cold, if only they were warm and he was alive.

You turn away and (d/n) holds onto you tight.

-=-=- Time Skip -=-=-

You sit on your couch, (d/n) hugs you as you tell her stories of Garroth doing stupid stuff.

"One day, he dropped a glass for no reason. I ran out and saw him wide-eyed," you look down at her with wide eyes and she giggles "I start laughing and so does he. I told him he gave me a heart attack."

She giggles "Daddy was nice."

"Yes he was, he was a very nice man, want to know how I met him?" You ask her.

"Yeah! It's going to have lots of smooching in it!" She laughs.

"Well, I'm not sure about that... Your dad and I met at a party.. A high school one. It was at... Someone's house, I don't remember exactly."

"Why?"

"Well, I was invited, no one really told me who was hosting it." You say.

She nods.

"So, my friends left me alone in the house.. As cliche as it is, I was shy. I found a secluded place and stood in the corner. Then daddy came up."

"What was he wearing?" She asks.

"He was wearing a casual shirt with jeans. Light blue converse. He had messy hair."

She giggles.

"He came up to me and asked why I was in the corner."

"What did you say?"

"Well, I said 'I don't know anyone here besides my friends, who by the way, ditched me' your dad laughed."

"What did he say?"

"He said 'my friend ditched me here too. I thought we could be loners together'. I laughed, he did too."

She yawns and snuggles into your chest and closes her eyes.

"What else momma?"

"I told him we could stay together in the corner, at least until our friends come back. He said 'that would be nice'. But you know what he did sweetie?"

"Hm?" She hums, tiredly.

"He kissed me. Right before that, he said 'but this would be nicer'."

She doesn't say anything and you pick her up and walk to her room.

Setting her on her bed, you tuck her in and kiss her forehead.

You lay on the couch, staring at the ceiling.

Tired, but not enough to make you sleep easily.

"(Y/n)?" You hear.

You sit up and nearly scream.

Garroth is standing, floating, right at the end of the couch.

He puts his finger to his lips and floats right next to you.

You guess he's sitting cause he gets a bit shorter.

He hugs you. And you do back.

You cry, it's been 4 years and you still haven't gotten over him.

"I miss you. I love you Garroth."

"I miss you too (y/n). And I love you too much to express."

You sniffle, nuzzling your head into his non-existent figure.

He rubs your back "As much as I hate to say it, but you have to get over me."

"I know but... But I can't."

"You can."

"Garroth, how? How would you get over me?"

"I wouldn't."

"I can't and won't."

"You will though."

"Maybe."

"I have to go." He says.

You look at him and he kisses you.

Then he disappears. Leaving you a crying mess.

You get up, going to bed to think it off. Maybe you can convince yourself.

Maybe you can.

Maybe you can't.

The end! I figured out how I want to do the eyes! I'm so happy to say that! Hope you enjoyed and have a great day and until next time ~ Quinn
