"I swear to sweet baby Jesus Christ, I'm going to quit orchestra in, like, two seconds."

"Why?"

Jack balled up his hands, shaking his head in shame. "Because fuckin' Sarah sucks at playing the damn violin! Like, she literally can't even read notes or something because she's always a step behind everyone. I'm fuckin' done with her,  like, I really can't even. I don't want to sit in front of her anymore cause she messes me up and everytime we're supposed to practice in sectionals she's always like, okay guys we have to work together blah, blah, blah, and I'm like bitch, first of all who even put you in charge? Cause ya can't even play your own damn violin, so stop trying to help other people and help your damn self. Like, what the fuck!"

"She's literally 10 feet away right now." Ronnie laughed, strapping his violin into it's case and zipping it closed, along side Jack. "She can probably hear you."

"Eh, fuck it. I really don't care anymore."

"-And don't forget to practice for your chair tests next week!" The music teacher stood up from the stool on her conducting platform, yelling over the talking students who were packing up just as the bell rang. "I'll see you all on Monday!"

Jack whipped his head around, quickly glaring at Sarah, who stuck her tongue out and rolled her eyes. He turned his attention back to Ronnie and grabbed him by the arm. Jack practically shoved past everyone on the way out the door, dragging his friend with him. The two boys made their way out of the orchestra room.

"You should come to my house tomorrow so we can work on our physics project." Jack smiled, running a hand through his hair. "Me and my mom can come get you, and then we can go to the dollar store and Hobby Lobby and Walmart to get stuff for it."

"I have to ask my mom, but okay!"

"And then afterwards, we should find out where Sarah lives, steal her violin and burn it to death in her front yard so she can never play it again."
