"Damn, I'd really suck anyone's dick for a milkshake." Jack grinned dipping a few fries into his milkshake. A blob of the ice cream plopping down onto Lemon Jell-O's forehead.
"Jack." His father warned.
"What? I'm being legitimate when I say that. Steak 'n Shake is really the bop!"
"You're nasty, Jack." Malcolm sneered, chucking a fry at his little brother's face.
Jack glanced at his mother and whined, "Mommy!?"
Expecting her to do something, like maybe yell at Malcolm for being mean to him. Instead, she glanced up only slightly. Her mouth was stuffed with delicious food and right now no one could ruin her moment.
She was in the zone.
She gestured to her food as if to say 'Not now, I'm on a date with this hamburger. Leave me the fuck alone.' And she wasn't about to let her annoying children ruin her Mother's Day.
Jack only rolled his eyes and glanced back at the Tic-tac-toe game he and Mark had been playing on a napkin.
"Aww, fuck! You won again?"
Mark nodded, going on to explain the strategy he'd used to win and how there was a type of science behind the game.
This was utter bullshit to Jack, who insisted Mark had just gotten lucky the last five times they'd played. Why would there be science behind such a simple, everyday game? He truly didn't understand how Mark knew literally everything about anything scientific, yet was very simple minded when it came to everyday tasks.
"That's just the way it is, babes. I can show you how to play correctly and win every time, if you want." Mark offered, rubbing the back of Jack's hand under the table.
"No, I'm good. Eat your chicken fingers before I steal them!"

Ronnie sighed, plopping down in the cute rocking chair in the corner of the room. He admired the work he and Jett had just done on the baby's room, feeling accomplished. He felt like he'd been hit repeatedly in his back with a brick, and like he'd just walked across a bed of rocks, but he still felt happy.
It was weird, being considered a mother now and celebrating his first Mother's Day. It'd take a while to get used to, and even now he still couldn't believe it.
Smoothing out the fabric of his incredibly short, pink dress, he picked up a book, Goodnight Moon, and flipped it open.
He smiled to himself and bit his plump bottom lip, beginning to read to the unborn being in his belly,
In the great green room
there was a telephone
and a red balloon
and a picture of-
a cow jumping over the moon...
Jett emerged through the doorway, smirking as he handed Ronnie a bottle of juice, then kneeled in front of where he was sitting and placed a hand on his belly,
"Hey, S**i. I can't wait for you to see your room cause me and mommy worked really hard on it. I hope you like yellow." He began, earning a blush from Ronnie as the baby squirmed at the sound of his voice. He continued, "I haven't met you yet, but I love you already, baby girl."
"Aww, Jett... "
A/N: I censored the baby's name lmao, but a new letter has been revealed!
