Chapter 1

I don't know what came into me, I immediately stood up and slapped him hard on the face!

E, sa nagulat ako e! Late reaction, I know. But— but he kissed me!

He's your boyfriend after all Audrey! Why did you do that!? I then asked myself.

However I didn't really expect him to be the Xavier Chase I know.

We only contacted each other through email 'cause he didn't have his facebook nor twitter account. For he said it was bothersome for him.

Psh. Kaya naman pala bothersome. I said to myself.

Kaya pala kahit anong pilit ko hindi talaga nya ginawa.

I'm now imagining girls who would practically be stalking his facebook and twitter all day and all night. Spamming him messages, sending "Gaah! I love you Chase!" "Yah! Marry me!" tweeting him like crazy around twenty-four-seven.

And having tons of girls following him and greeting him Good mornings and goodnights. Yeah, it really is bothersome. I mentally rolled my eyes.

Hindi din ako binibigyan ng kambal ng picture nya kahit nanghihingi ako. At kapag tinatanong ko sila about sa kanya, sa itsura nya tinatawanan lang nila ako.

Kaya talagang kinabahan ako! I almost lose my sanity imagining what would his face be when I see him. However, I just promised to myself that if I came back here, no matter what he looks like, I'll still accept him.

And good Lord, this is a blessing!

Gasps where heard everywhere and I even heard him cuss under his breath on what I just did. Bigla namang nagtawanan ang kambal.

"Same Audrey as you are, huh?" He said to me habang hawak yung pisngi nya. What does he even mean by that?! Gosh!

Tito Travis, Tita Xaira and my parents started laughing as well leaving the rest of us confused to why were they laughing.

"Dude, wag mo kasi gugulatin!" Hunter said to him.

"Ganda ng salubong sayo ng girlfriend mo ano?" Trey added. Oh no! Ang daldal nya!

"Oh my! Really?" Mom exclaimed happily. Nagsalubong naman ang kilay ni Dad.

"Seryoso?" napatayo si Tita Taisha.

"Since when did you have a boyfriend young lady?" Dad asked on a serious note. Pero habang kinakabahan ako, Xavier was grinning at me like hell!

"I think they've been together for years already, Tito. Audrey has always been Chase's love interest." Trey said before I could even answer. I feel my face heating up.

"Akala nga namin bading yan dahil nung highschool walang nililigawan tapos lahat ng nagco-confess nire-reject nya. Malay ba naming, may inaantay yan." Hunter revealed.

Napapaypay ako sa sarili ko. Hoo! ang init sa Pinas!

"And that happened to be, Audrey." Twins said in unison habang nag-akbayan pa.

Feeling ko naging violet na mukha ko sa sobrang kahihiyan. Bwisit 'tong dalawa na 'to!

"I see. You're loyal young man. Keep it up." Daddy said while grinning tapos nag-okay sign pa.

Wait- what? Did my Dad just did that?

"Thank you, sir. I will." Xavier answered with a big grin on his face.

Biglang naghiyawan lahat sa kilig dito sa dining hall. My jaw dropped thinking, What the hell?

And as I looked up on him, he gave me the sweetest smile that he have and a heavenly wink.

Nalaglag ang panty at puso ko. Ayoko ng pulutin! Damn this guy!

And because of that big announcement, nagpaparty si Daddy! Ugh, so much for my comeback today!

Elders partied inside the house while the four of us stayed in the garden. And it is really awkward sitting next to him right now.

Lumayo kasi yung kambal para daw magkamoment kami. Pisti.

"Can you please stop staring?" I asked not hiding the fact that I'm kind of pissed.

Para kasi syang ewan na nakatingin lang sakin at nakangiti. It's getting really creepy. Pero ang totoo nun, naiilang ako kasi mamaya mangisay nalang ako dito at makita nya pa. Edi nakakahiya di ba?

"I won't. And you can't make me." he replied and gave out another smile. Juicecolored. Balak ata ako nito magkaroon ng atake sa puso.

I scoffed, "You're insane."

He then pulled me closer to him. "Susungitan mo pa ko ah? Di ka uubra saken." He mocked sabay gulo ng buhok ko.

"Oy! Not my hair! Tsk." reklamo ko habang pinipilit kong kumalas sa kanya pero tinawanan nya lang ako.

"Haha. I missed you so much, love." nakangiting sabi nya habang nakatingin ng derecho sa mga mata ko.

E, kinilig ako.

Wala na napangiti na ko.

"Come here, I have something to tell you." I said as I motioned my hand to make him come closer.

When he let his face near mine, I immediately placed my hands on his neck and gave him a kiss on the lips just like what he did earlier.

"AYUN OH!" sigaw ng kambal ng makita kami.

"Aggressive naman pala!"

"Woooh! Hot!"

Natatawa kong ni-let go ko si Xavier.

He was still stunned from what I did kaya agad na kong tumayo at umalis sa tabi nya. Pero bago pa ko makalayo ng tuluyan sa kanya, I turned to him and said,

"I missed you more, love."
