Chapter 39 - Answer

A/N: Hey there! :) Hahahaha! May readers pa ba ko? Okay lang kung, wala na. Naiintindihan ko naman. Pero kung meron pa din, maraming maraming salamat sa pagtya-tyaga at pag-aantay. :)

I apologize for the very long wait. Bukod sa naging busy, grumaduate with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, na-writer's block din ako. Hahaha!

We just got here in the hospital, Hunter was waiting for us outside kung kaya't dire-diretso na lamang kami sa floor kung saan nandoon sina Tita Xaira at Tito Travis together with the others. Nang makita nila kami ay agad silang nagsitayuan.

"Tita, h-how's Xavier? Is he alright? What happened?" sunod sunod na tanong ko.

Tita Xaira gave me a sad smile. "Hindi pa namin alam, dear. He's still in the emergency room. Pero baka palabas na rin naman ang doktor so we just have to wait." mahinahong sabi nito sakin.

And at that exact time, a doctor really went out of the emergency room.

"Who are the parents of the patient?" tanong nito.

"We are." sagot agad ni Tito Travis at agad ding lumapit si Tita Xaira.

"Please come with me inside." sabi nito at agad na pumasok ulit sa emergency room. Sumunod naman sila Tita.

"What really happened after we were gone?" I asked again as I turned to them and they gave me a very  concerned look.

"We.. we were just talking. Hanggang sa sinabi nya na papasok lang sya sa kotse nila. But after taking three steps, he suddenly passed out." Sydney explained.

"We were all frightened and we panicked kaya naman diniretso na namin sya dito." Venice added.

I also noticed that both of Sydney's and Venice's eyes were puffy like they have been crying a lot. The devil twins, Brent and Gunner has this obvious worry in their faces like something was really going on. But then, I couldn't blame them. They were there when that incident happened so it's very normal for them to be scared.

Is Xavier sick?

"He will be okay, princess. I'm sure of that." Dad suddenly said to me and pulled me into a hug.

"I hope so." was all I could mutter.

Later on, inilipat na raw sa isang private room si Xavier. We all just have to wait until guests are already allowed to visit him. And when I came face to face again to Tita Xaira, I couldn't help but ask again on what's happening.
