Chapter 9 - Fiance

Right after getting our light dinner done, we drifted off to the counter bar and have our drinks, I ordered mango shake and Xavier is having none. And I was really surprised for some girls, whose parents are invited to my Dad's party, started to gather around Gunner and that freakin' guy is entertaining them. But, his arms is around to this certain pretty girl who's giggling like a five year old kid.

"Is that his girlfriend or what?" I asked them then they all barked me a laugh.

"I would be betting a million if ever that fucking prick gets serious." Venice snorted.

"What?"

"Audz, commitment, girlfriend and relationship. Not one of it is in Gunner's vocab." Sydney explain.

"Why is that? They look good together and that girl's pretty."

"Pretty? Psh." Hunter muttered. "Pretty good in bed I must say."

I got confused. "What?"

"He's the self-poclaimed 'Great' Gunner De Vega. Known for being a certified cassanova, ladies' man, chic magnet or whatever you call it. Expect him to be with girls as fine as that and expect those girls to be his whores." Venice explained then drank her margarita.

"And why are you asking retard, you interested with him?" Xavier suddenly asked.

I shook my head. "No. I was just surprised. Hindi kasi halata."

"Kaya nga maraming naloloko yan e. Hindi halata. At mga tanga naman, nagpapaloko." Venice spat.

"E, bakit ba kasi ganyan yang kapatid mo?" Trey asked and I was shocked.

"Malay ko sa gagong yan."

"Wait, magkapatid kayo?" I asked.

"They're twins, retard." Xavier answered. Really? Hindi ko napansin!

"Unidentical?" I asked again and Xavier nodded. "Oh, ang galing!" I said, amused.

"Anong magaling dun? Sukang-suka na ko maging kapatid sya no. Every week of my fuckin' life I have to meet his whores that I couldn't stand for even a minute. They will be so thrilled kasi akala nila sila palang ang pinapakilala sakin ni Gunner at akala nila and next nun ipapakilala na sila sa parents namin. And once Gunner's done with them, those dipshits would call at me non-stop o kaya naman aabangan ako sa school. They will be begging and kneeling at my feet para lang pakiusapan ko daw si Gunner na makipag-balikan sa kanila. Like duh, alam na nilang lahat kung anong klaseng tao ang kapatid ko pinatulan pa nila. Kundi ba naman mga tanga."

Natawa si Brent, "Easy there, Ven. Puso mo." aniya pero pinakyu sya ni Venice.
