Francisco parked his car at the Italian mafia airport. It was quite far from Los Angeles, but somewhat near Beverly Hills. Although I could see some of the city lights from the hill.

"Are you going to help me?" Francisco ask as he popped open the trunk.

"Yes, I guess." I answer, muttering the last part. Walking towards the back of the car where was putting on the boxes on the blue pulley. I grab the box from back of the car. I add it to the pile, Francisco made on the pulley.

We were done in about ten minutes or less. I looked up at the sky, if only I had an instant camera to take a picture of this last moment in California.

I looked back down and grabbed my duffle bag as Francisco got my luggage. A man in a suit pulled the pulley with us. I see Francisco's rental car being driven off down to the building.

I followed behind Francisco and the other man. He was currently talking with the man, pulling the pulley. I didn't listen very much to their conversation, as I was too focused on my thoughts of what would happen when we left.

He started to put my stuff at the bottom of the small jet. I hand him my duffle bag. He placed in before shutting it. Francisco lets me into jet before he walks in.

I sit in the seat beside the window. I pulled the plastic window covered up. It revealed the view of California. I felt a sudden presence behind me.

"Sage, I know I am the last person you want to speak to right now, but it was group choice. We all thought it was going to be best." Francisco advises me.

"Is that supposed to make me feel better." I ask rolling my eyes.

"No, just lighten the mood and not through all your anger towards my direction." Francisco answers.

"UCLA, they accepted me. Now, I have to be all the way in New Jersey. Not able to get my bachelors degree." I said rolling my eyes, once more. "How do you think that makes me feel? Did you even go to college?"

"Yes, I did. Believe it or not. Columbia University." Francisco says sitting on the isle chair, leaving the empty space between us.

"Bragging much?" I ask.

"I am just saying." Francisco answers. It silent for a second till Francisco broke the silence. "Your Grandma seems nice."

"Um thanks?" I reply.

After that, everything was silence. I looked out the window, shutting my eyes. Imagining the beautiful beaches and Santa Monica. Everything that had eventually come to an end.

My eyes fluttered open, revealing a blonde flight attendant. Her and Francisco were talking about something that made them both laugh.

"What would you two like to drink?" She ask changing the subject of their conversation.

"Water, and what do you want Sage?" Francisco ask turning towards me.

"Um, a water would be good." I answer in an almost whisper.

"Water would be good for both of us." Francisco replies. She nods before smiling and walking away to the the front. "Martinez is planning on recruiting some new members. There's going to be two living in our estate."

"That's good, I hope they're better than Miles." I reply, remembering Miles who betrayed them a couple weeks ago. "Um, how many hours are we away from New Jersey."

"Two hours or one an a half to be more exact." Francisco answers. I nod. I took a glance out the window, we were above the clouds. The moon was the light of the darkness that fills the sky.

The flight attendant comes back handing the water towards us. Francisco handed my water bottle to me. I thought of the positivity in this idea.

I'll have more than just one person in the house with me. It would have a nice big bedroom for myself. I could go to sleep anytime without Grandma reminding me a thousand times. But it still wouldn't the same.

"Well, since I brought nearly my whole room with me. Do I get a bigger room or the same?" I ask. Francisco snaps his finger.

"That's what I forget. While you were gone we hired some of our building members to build some extra rooms in the basement. Usually New Jersey houses don't have basement, but its an estate so we needed one. We got you a bigger room. About the same size or larger than my room." Francisco explains.

"That's good." I reply quietly close to a near whisper. Francisco took a sip of his water. He laid his head back on the chair. I grabbed my water bottle and took a drink of it.

I felt my phone vibrate. I took it out from my back pocket to see a text message from Kaylee. The first thing to catch my eye was the sad face emoji.

Your grandma told me what happened when I came to return your Forever 21 bag you left with me on accident. She took it ur explained to me. I hope that she be your guardian again.

I unlock my phone, replying to her text. Although she was probably sleeping. I sent the text out, yeah, I hope to see you soon and possibly be able to live with her again. The message hit delivered.

I set my phone done between my thighs. I shut my eyes and hoped this could possibly be just a nightmare or I would be in New Jersey in no time.

"Welcome to New Jersey. Your flight is now coming to an end, please stay seated till we have fully landed." I hear the pilot say. I opened my eyes. I look around and look around to find Francisco. But it was just me, by myself on the row. I see Francisco come from the front of the plane.

"You look a bit worried with something." Francisco says before sitting down on the first chair.

"It's nothing, just the look I usually have when I wake up in the morning." I reply.

Francisco gives me a sarcastic face before nodding. I reach over and put my hand against the temple of his before pushing it.

"I hate when you give me a sarcastic look. That either means you're saying I'm crazy or you don't believe me." I say before folding my arms like a little kid.

"I just think it's funny because you don't want to tell what's up." Francisco replies. I roll my eyes at him in sarcasm.

I turn to look out my window. I notice the runway red lights as we started to land. It didn't feel right. It didn't feel like California. It was the feeling of coming back to a place I did not want to come back to.

I hope you were right about this being the right thing, Francisco.
