The pilot stood at the opened for everyone to began leaving. I followed behind Francisco. The sun finally set and the sky was full of stars. There was another man in a suit taking my luggage's, boxes, and other belongings out of the jet.
He placed it on the pulley that was nearly exactly the same from the one at the airport before. Francisco grabbed his car keys from another man at the right side. Francisco walked along with the man pushing the pulley. I casually and awkwardly walked behind them.
Finally reaching Francisco Mercedes. We both unloaded my items into the trunk and backseat of his car.
I put my duffle bag in the trunk along with my luggage. Francisco placed the two boxes in the backseat. It seemed as if everything we were doing was in reverse of what we did five hours ago.
Once we were done, I got into passenger seat. I sat down in the black seats, the car was freezing. I wrapped my arms around myself. Pulling the door closed, I hear Francisco's door open.
He plugs the key into the ignition before shutting his door. I listen to the song that comes to my ears. It was a song that I tried recognize. I didn't listen to music as much as I used to.
"Breathe you in 'til my face numb. Drop it down to that bass drum. I got what you dream bout." I listen to the lyrics and hear the beat in background.
Bad Things by Camilla Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly.
Francisco begins to backup his car before driving out of the runway area. I looked out the window to find the trees covering up the area. I pulled my phone from my back pocket.
It was four-thirty six. I hope grandma was doing fine without me. I just let the music take me to another place. Luckily it did and Francisco didn't ask me any questions. He was probably too tired.
Before I knew it, we arrive to the estate. Francisco got out of the car. He helped me carry everything inside. I opened my new bedroom door. There was two windows with blinds, a bathroom, and plenty of space. My closet was a nice walk-in-one.
"If you need any help with anything. Just let me know, tomorrow." Francisco says walking out of my room.
"Thanks for helping me move my stuff, by the way." I reply in a more stern voice. Francisco nods in acceptance, he leaves my room closing the door.
Pulling the duffle bag from my shoulder, I set it on my bed and pull out a white t-shirt with small pineapples scattered around the shirt. I grabbed black shorts from the right side of the duffle bag.
I put them on after doing my regularly nightly routine. I got onto my bed turning off the light. I plug my phone onto the charger. I shut my eyes soon finding myself asleep.

The next morning or afternoon. I found myself leaning on my right arm. I opened up my eyes to find the clock looking at me with its red numbers blaring at me.
12:30pm. There goes my sleep schedule down the drain. I got up from my bed, walked over to my bathroom. My feet got instantly cold from the freezing floor.
I grabbed the to toothbrush from the cup. I squirted some toothpaste onto the brush, before quickly putting it underwater. I put the toothbrush in my mouth before moving it around my mouth.
I was finally done unboxing two of the four boxes. I hear a knock on my door. I turn towards my door. I walked over and open the door. That's when there was a beeping sound coming on and off in my room.
"Sofia wanted me to bring this to you, since we assumed you weren't coming up any time soon." Francisco says holding a nice wooden tray.
"Thank you. Um, could you fix the beeping noise." I ask. Francisco nods before walking into my room. He walks over to my clock, sitting down on the side of my bed and flipped it over. He took the batteries out. The beeping stopped.
"We will get new batteries for these later. They're just old. Martinez was searching for batteries all over the house". Francisco says throwing the batteries away. He closes the bottom of the clock.
"When do you guys plan on getting new members for the group?" I ask.
"Tonight actually. Which brings up the important part, that you can't be around during when they wait out in the halls. It's too risky. We cannot trust all of them." Francisco answers.
"Oh, okay." I reply. Francisco smiles at my response. He gets up and leaves my room. I take a glance down at the tray of food left on my desk on the other side of my bed.
I walked over to it. There was a bowl of colored pasta, with a water bottle on the side, a bowl of cut up strawberries, grapes, and pineapples, along with an envelope on the side.
My stomach growled when looking at the food. I stabbed my fork into the bowl before placing it into my mouth. The nice sweet and salty taste of the sauce that applied to the pasta. I grab the envelope, when I decided to set my fork.
I ripped the envelope open. I pulled the card out. There was beautiful dark blue sky with starts, it almost seemed like it painted. I opened the envelope. There was a long paragraph on the right side of the card.
Dear Sage,
I know coming back to New Jersey probably wasn't the best surprise or news you have received. But I want to welcome you with my mother's dinner meal even thought you would be eating this during lunch. But you will understand why you came back. This was mostly supposed to be from Martinez, but he's too busy organizing new members for the mafia.
Love Sofia,I set the card in an angle on my desk. I continued on with my lunch. Before night fell again. I had to go meet up with Jo and Tom or Jazz. Also Sofia. Could not forget about her.
This was the best welcome back meal I've ever had in a while.
