"Martinez? Is Francisco okay?" I ask as they pass around the pasta salad. Halle would look up to give me a glare here and there. I roll my eyes at her childish actions.
"He's just been angry about this whole situation. He doesn't want his mother to leave so soon." Martinez answers sighing heavily.
"Do you know when he's going to coming back home?" I ask.
"Probably tonight to come visit Lee and head back out tomorrow morning. She's really sick. I am surprised it increased so badly." Martinez answers.
"She didn't want to do chemotherapy. Even after Francisco forced and offered to pay for it. She declined it. Because of what happened last time." I reply.
"Yes! I am so happy to be home and eat Sofia's amazing food!" Lee compliments as him and Jo walk over to the table. Jo sits besides Halle. Lee sits by Martinez.
"What a surprise when Dakota shows up tonight isn't it?" Martinez ask.
That's when I remembered Rafael and Liam went to go pick him up from the airport. They didn't hesitate or nothing.
"Why don't you two talk? You guys were like best friends before leaving to the mission." Sofia ask.
"You want the story?" Lee ask.
"Yes! Story time at the dinner table." Jo answers childishly.
"Please, we need to know." Martinez answers in a more mature stern way.
"Fine." Lee said more upbeat.

Four Months Back"I love Japan food so much. And look at this adorable red lantern key chain." Dakota said happily.
"Dakota, we have to focus. There is a man taking our supply shipment and you are fantasizing over a key chain. I do have to admit though, it does look cool, besides the point. We need to keep our full attention on him." I reply.
"Look, there he is in the coffee shop!" Dakota said pointing at the coffee place a couple blocks down.
"How do you know?" I ask.
"The first day we came here, he was on that motorcycle and now look. It's there. Let's just go." Dakota answers.
"We can't just rush into that. We have to act normal, like we are getting coffee." I pulled his arm.
"Okay." Dakota replies.
When we entered the coffee shop. Dakota went to go order the coffee. In the corner of my eye. I saw the man we've been looking for sitting on his phone. I slowly pulled my gun from my pocket. Realizing I forget to reload it.
Dakota came back rather fast with the coffee. He set them down on the table. Luckily he knew what my favorite coffee was.
"Put your hands up!" A man's voice said. Dakota and I turned. We had the same idea. We pointed our guns at him. As he did the same pulling it back on us.
"Put the gun down." I said.
"Not if you put yours down first." He demanded. I slowly put the gun onto the table.
"Dakota shoot him." I whispered to him. The man still had his gun in his hand.
"If only you knew." He said shooting the window besides him leaving the coffee shop.
We hurried out the door. He started running down the sidewalk. In fear and for protection.
"Shoot him!" I yelled at Dakota.
I grabbed the gun from Dakota and shot. It missed, as he continued running away. I didn't even want to attempt. I looked at Dakota.
"What the hell was that?" I ask.
"I couldn't. In front of all those people to kill a man and reveal our job? We would be sent to prison never to see our friends again. I know we are part of a mafia. But sometimes shooting someone isn't always part of the job. We didn't even have the answers." Dakota answers bluntly.
I glared at him handing him his gun back frustrated. He tackles me to the ground. Alright if he wants a fight then then he can get one. I shoved him off of me using his face. He punches me on the cheek. I shove a punch back him.
I pull out my gun and smack him in head with it. He takes my gun from me throwing onto the road. I punched him on the cheek with my full fist. He fell back.
Taking a handful of my hair pulling hard against it. Grabbing the gun from his lose hand. I jabbed it into his mouth. He yelps in pain.
I pin him to ground. He looks at me. I grabbed my gun pointing it at him. He looks at before revealing his teeth. Still fine.
"Go ahead shoot me." He said.
"No, because I thought we were friends. But I guess not." I reply getting off of him. Hiding my gun. I walked away from him. Heading towards the hotel. Gladly knowing my way.

Sage
Present"That's too bad that happened." I said.
"Yeah, I wish it would've ended in us becoming friends, but I don't want to be his friend anymore. Just an acquaintance." Lee replies.
"Well, I hope things do clear up." Martinez says. Everyone nods.
"So I heard from Jo. That you and Francisco had some beef as well, Sage." Lee reminds me.
"It was a couple months back as well. We didn't get along that much. But after my boyfriend Tristan was shot and killed. We became better friends." I said picking up the pasta using my fork.
"Well Francisco has been quite through a lot. So if you have anything to hide from him. He won't take it easy." Lee said.
