A week had passed since the whole kissing incident, and thankfully, things had gone back to how they were before. It had been brushed under the rug like nothing had happened, but every time their eyes locked, her heart would freeze. It was always the same to her, but being an actress, it was easy to keep it under lock and key.

Late night phone calls with Jennifer were what really kept her sane through the whole process though. Not to men chine the constant rants to Sam whenever they were alone.

As of now, the cast was sitting in the breakroom waiting for the dismissal to go home. This was the time if day when Wes and the editors would get together, review the film, and make sure there were no other scenes that needed to be re-shot.

Passing the time, Charlie closed her eyes and curled herself into a ball against the front of Wills legs. Above, he sat in the tall chair reading one of the many books he usually carried with him. Somewhere before them Ki and Dylan were acting like their usual selves while Thomas and Kaya seemed to be in some intense discussion on the other side of the room.

Charlie would open her eyes every now and again thinking that she could catch her name rolling from their lips, but shaking it off she ignored it as best as she could.

As soon as she was alone to her thoughts though, her mind would constantly wander to her grandfather. It had been so long since she had seen him, and the calls just weren't doing the trick anymore. She needed to see him, to know that he was okay in person.

Scrolling through the contacts on her phone, her thumb hovered over her grandfathers. I.D. Should she call him? They had talked numerous times today, but the urge she had roared more than ever.

Will peeked over his book to see her contemplating whether or not she should call. However, eventually she locked her phone and dropped it into her lap. Immediately he could tell that she was homesick, that whatever was troubling her about being away from her grandfather was growing with every passing second.

"Charlie?!" A woman's voice suddenly called through the set. Both her and her friends sat upwards to see Rebecca Wilder, her manager, making her way through people and to her side. "Charlie, Robert called me."

"And?" She rose to her feet with Will's help.

A small smile spread across the woman's lips chuckled. "You gotta see it for yourself."

Sitting in front of the laptop screen, Charlie waited patiently as Rebecca pressed play. Behind her, the gang all sat just as curious as her.

On the screen was a teenage boy. He was skinny, he was lanky, and he was bald. The walls around him were a pale cream color as tubes and wires jutted into his arm. No matter his condition though, he wore the biggest smile on his face. She could see past it though, Charlie could see it was broken.

"Hi, my name is Hunter Martin, and I am 15 years old." Adjusting slightly, she leaned forward and studied him carefully. "I have been diagnosed with stage 3 Cancer, it happened when I was twelve. I have plenty of people standing behind me pushing me to keep going, but nobody other than someone I look up to very dearly. Many know the actress Charlie Sanders from The Walking Dead, The Avengers, The Losers, Kickass, and much more. But I love Charlie simply as Charlie."

"Oh my god." Her hand went to her mouth as she smiled a heart warming glow.

"I know my shot if very slim, but one day I hope to meet her. I used my make a wish for the other kids here and animals. They all wanted to see them, but not being able to get out of the hospital they can't. So, we had a dog day here and it was one of the best things I have ever chosen. But if you all can help me get this message to her, somehow somewhere, It would mean more than you would ever know. Thank you, and god bless." And just like that the screen froze with his cheeky smile.

"Alright, that kid was cute." Wes nodded with a smile. Everyone else shared their opinions on how much of a sweet heart he was, but Charlie just stared at him in pure amazement.

Then, Rebecca finally noticed. "Charlie? What do you think?"

Biting her lips, she looked away from the blurring sides of her vision. Just how much the kid wanted to meet her, it touched her heart in a way nobody would ever understand.

"I think you book the tickets, I'll call the parents."
