"Do you remember Daniel from our biology class? I don't think either one of us has ever really talked much to him. Not because we don't like him, but more so because he's just a very quiet guy and usually keeps to himself.
"Apparently we also have some sort of invisible force field around us that keeps people away from approaching us. At least that's what he told me.
"Mrs. Schneider paired Daniel and me together for our biology project, and he's actually pretty cool. We've already worked together a few times outside of class, and it's actually been kind of fun to hang out with him. He makes things a little bit easier, and he doesn't bug me about you all the time or makes comments about my behavior. He's just being a good friend I guess. It feels kind of good to have someone like that again.
"He always laughs at all the stories I tell him about you. He thinks we've been the best kind of friends anyone could ever ask for. I think you'd like him, Alliebear."
