"This better be worth it, Allie. Not only was I almost trampled to death when I got you this pumpkin spice latte, but I also spilled some on my shirt and my jacket when I tried to fight my way out of the coffee house in one piece. Those people are crazy, I'm telling you. I think by the time I left, the line was halfway around the block already. Now I smell like a freaking squash. At least I got some of those blueberry muffins that you always get for me. I guess it was worth it after all.
"Nurse Rebecca eyed the cup longingly when she saw me. I might have to bring her a cup too when I come back on Tuesday. She looked like she could use it. Plus, she deserves it.
