Two Worlds Collide

Chapter 22

Maya POV

It was almost time for us to leave for my Mom's. I went into my bedroom to get dressed into something nice for dinner. I put my bra on and then went into my closet to find a shirt to wear wear. I settled on a cute green top to go with my skinny jeans.  I put my shirt on then went into the bathroom to do my make up.  I was in the middle of doing my eyeliner when the bathroom door opened. I looked away from the mirror and nearly dropped my eyeliner pen when I saw Lucas standing there naked. He smirked at me and smacked my ass as he walked by and got in the shower.  I turned back to the mirror and finished putting my eyeliner. 

"So you going to do that for me every morning?" Lucas said as he turned the water on.

"I told you don't get any ideas in your head. Your lucky I didn't wake up on the wrong side this morning." I replied and he chuckled. "Also where is your son?" 

"You know that's why I didn't wake you up though right?" Lucas replied. "And Jordan is in the living room. I told him we would be leaving soon and to play the Wii while you and I got ready." 

"I know you didn't wake me up for sex. I was feeling spontaneous and besides it was me who wanted it." 

Lucas shut the water off then stepped out of the shower. I looked up from my phone and bit my bottom lip as I watched him wrap a towel around him. The water was dripping off his body and he looked so hot. There was no way he wasn't going to catch me looking at him. He walked up to me and tilted my chin and then smirked. 

"I'm not complaining." he said as he leaned into kiss me softly on the lips. He pulled away and then looked at me  "Whenever you want it just tell me." 

"Okay." I replied because that was all I could say due to the butterflies in my stomach. I was a bit embarrassed and could feel myself blushing. 

"Awe, you're blushing, Short Stack." he said as he gently rubbed my cheek with his thumb. 

"You make me feel like a teenager again when I get those butterflies in my stomach by the things you say to me." I said with a smile. "I love you." 

I pulled him to me and kissed him softly before letting him go. 

He looked at me and smiled "I love you too. More than anything. I'm going to get ready so we can go." he said before walking out. 

While Lucas got ready I went out and joined Jordan in the living room. He was playing with a couple of his trucks on the floor. Lucas came out about 5 minutes later looking hot as hell in a blue t-shirt and jeans. I helped Jordan get his coat on then put mine on, grabbed the pies and the three of us left. We arrived at my moms about 30 minutes later and to my surprise Lily had beat us there.  

"MOMMY!" Lily said excitedly as she came running to me. 

"Hey baby girl!" I said as I picked her up and she wrapped her arms around my neck. "You beat me." 

"Caleb dropped her off about 10 minutes ago!" my mom said as she walked into the room. "Hi Lucas and hello to you too Jordan." 

"Hi Katy, Happy Thanksgiving." Lucas replied. 

"Happy Thanksgiving to you as well." she replied back.
