Two Worlds Collide

Chapter 36

Maya POV

The kids were so happy with what Santa had brought them. Lucas and I decided to buy Jordan his own iPad so like Lily he had one of his own. The kids knew that they could only have a certain amount of play time with their iPads. They got a bunch of toys and baby dolls. Lucas, Mom came two large boxes. One was Jordan and the other was for Lily. The kids began opening their boxes and Lily was a bit confused but I realized what it was right away. Lucas's mom and dad got them each horse riding outfits along with boots.  

"Riding outfits!" Jordan exclaimed. "Lily we can wear these when we go on horse rides! Thank you Nanna and Papa!" 

"Cool!" Lily exclaimed "Thank you Nanna and Papa." 

That was the first time Lily called them that. I looked at Lucas and he leaned in kissed me on the cheek. "It's fine." he whispered. 

"You're welcome babies. Lily there is one more thing left for you." Sarah said as she stood up from the couch. "Come with me." 

Together we all walked out and Sarah led us to the barn. Lucas and I held hands as we walked out. I was confused as to what was going on. Sarah walked in and over to a beautiful horse who looked to not be that old. 

"Lily, we want you to meet your own horse." Sarah said to her and I was shocked. 

"Oh you didn't have to do....." I started but Lucas interrupted me. 

"Shhh. Mama's not done yet" Lucas said and kissed my cheek. 

"MOMMY ITS MY OWN PONY!" Lily said excitedly. "Thank you Nanna and Papa." 

"Lily this horse was born a couple months ago. Papa saw her a couple days ago and thought she'd be perfect for our Farm and then we decided that we would give you your own horse so when you come out you and Jordan can go horseback riding together." Lucas said and I looked at him. 

"I see that baby! That's awesome." I replied. 

"Mommy can I ride her now?" Lily asked excitedly. 

"We are going to get some breakfast then I will bring you and Jordan back out if it's okay with Mommy." Lucas said. "But you can't ride it by yourself. We don't want you breaking your arm." 

"It's fine, Sarah and Tony thank you so much for all of this. Really you didn't have to do this." I replied. "She will never want to leave now." 

Sarah chuckled "We wanted her to have her own pony like Jordan. Tony saw this horse here and fell in love with it. It wasn't until we brought her home that we discussed giving her to Lily." she replied. 

"I'm hungry Daddy." Jordan said and I chuckled. 

"Blueberry, Chocolate chip, Banana, or. Strawberry pancakes?" Sarah said to him. 

"Chocolate chip!" Jordan exclaimed.

Sarah turned to look at us "I'll take the kids to get breakfast." 

Sarah and Tony took the kids inside to get breakfast and I turned to Lucas who was leaning in the doorway looking hot as ever. 

"You're lucky I love you." I said to him and he chuckled. "They really didn't have to do that." 

Lucas pushed himself off the doorway and walked towards me "But they did and you have to get over it." he said as he leaned into kiss me. 

"You need to open your present from me. Lets go up to your room and open them." I said to him. 

"Hmm, does this mean I get to unwrap you?" he said and leaned into kiss me again then pulled away "Cause we've been fucking like rabbits lately and I kinda want to do it again." 

I started giggling "You are so bad, But really if I'm not pregnant after all this something is up" I said as I grabbed his hand.

"I'm thoroughly enjoying every single minute of it though. I love christening your body over and over again." he said as he leaned into kiss me once more. 

"Hmm, well I thoroughly enjoy it too and can't wait to do it again. But this time I want to ride you like riding one of your horses." I said seductively. 

Lucas didn't respond instead he leaned in and kissed me with so much passion that we probably would have done it right in the barn but knew we couldn't.  After we got done with our make out session the two of us went upstairs. I wanted Lucas to open his presents from me.  I handed Lucas his presents and he unwrapped them. I had got him some new scrubs, a watch, and the thing I was most excited about was the picture frame that I put together of pictures of him and Jordan. 

"Maya I love this so much." Lucas said as he looked up at me. "Thank you." 

"You're welcome. I was most excited about that one." 

"I have a present for you too." he said as he handed me a small box. 

I opened it up to reveal a small heart shaped locket. He told me to open it up so I did it and it had a picture of me, Lucas, and the kids in it. I started tearing up at how thoughtful he was to do this. 

"Thank you, I love you." I said as kissed him softly.

"I love you too!" he replied. "You want to take that nap now?" 

"Should you check with your Mom about keeping the kids though? I feel bad if she's making dinner for later." I replied. "Maybe I should help her." 

"No trust me she likes doing dinner on her own." Lucas replied. "And I'll go down and ask her about keeping the kids. I'm sure they are just playing anyway." 

Lucas kissed me softly then went down to talk to his parents. I cleared off the bed and was already laying down when Lucas came back. 

"She okay with it?" I yawned. 

"Yep." he said and then got into bed with me. 

Lucas laid down beside me and once he was situated I cuddled into him and he held me close to him. It didn't take either one of us long before we fell asleep since we were both so tired from the night before. This trip was coming to an end soon and other than what happened to Jordan it's been perfect.
