Chapter 3- lunch

Evers POV
We all walked to the lunchroom and found a large table. Me, ethan, romeo and wendy were the only ones to bring lunch so we sat down across the table from eachother. Like this:

Everyone else went to go buy their lunch. The first one back was natsu who sat down next to me with a sandwich and soup on his tray. Everyone soon came back and sat down around us. "Do you want my strawberries, gray-sama?" Juvia asked sweetly. "No thanks dont really like them," gray answered. Juvia looked upset but erza helped her, "have no fear! I shall share them with you, juvia!" Erza said as she took a bite of a strawberry. I noticed jellal watching her eat and thought, 'does he like her?' I packed a half of a sandwich and had already eaten it. I also had a lollipop. I was pulled out of my thoughts by natsu, "Do you want my soup, ever?" He asked me. I responded casually, "no you can have it," i told him. "But its chicken and rice." He told me. 'Thats my favorite!' I looked over and he was pushing it towards me with his spoon. Slowly i smiled at him before taking the spoon and taking some of the soup. "There, you can have the rest," i told natsu as i handed him back the spoon. I noticed he had a slight pink tint on his cheek as he took the spoon and put his lips on it. "Haha- you basically just made out with natsu!" Lucy laughed at me. "What?! i-" "who would do that willingly?" Gray asked. "Its wasnt like that!" I told everyone as they laughed. "Whatever." I heard ethan mumble next to me. As if she noticed the tension mira spoke up, "hey ethan, ever. Yoy guys are invited to my party this friday," she told us. "Thanks mira," i responded. "So what club are you going to?" Erza asked everyone. "What do you mean?" I asked her. Everyone looked at me before jellal answered, "well you can see that u have a free period on your scedule next," he said to me. "That period is for a club!" Mira said happily. "Oh okay," i said thinking about what club i could join. "Well the book club seems fun," i said. Levy smiled brightly. "Thats great! You should totally join!" Lucy said happily. "If you like to read i suppose you should go for it," erza told me. "What else is there?" I asked everyone. "Well me and the guys are on the boxing team," natsu told me. "Well im on the football team," elfman said. "Real manly!" Romeo spoke confidently, "well im hoping to get onto the baseball team!" He said. "Thats great!" Wendy told him. "Im sure youll get on!" Romeo blushed slightly at her tone. "You could join us in the student council," mira said. "Uh- im not sure im cut out for that," i told her. She just giggled. "What about my womans self defense class?" Erza asked me. "Eh i dont know," i told her. "The school newspaper is really fun!" Lucy added. "What about the nursing club? You can join with me!" Wendy asked me. "Swimming is a great sport!" Juvia soke up. "Well that is one of the only sports i could see myself doing," i told her. "And its great because i could get you on easily!" She told me. I thought for a moment, 'swimming?' "What about you ethan?" I asked him. He looked up from his lunch when i talked, "oh uhm... Im not sure," he said. "Well you need to think of something!" I told him. He looked like he was in thought for a moment before speaking, "i guess i could try boxing," he said. "R-really!?" Natsu asked him. Ethan shrugged his shoulders, "yeah i guess. I can get rid of some frustration," he said. We all agreed and starting talking about other things until the bell rang. When everyone stood up me, ethan, romeo and wendy looked confused. "Dont worry," erza said. "Ethan you can follow natsu to the gym where boxing is," ethan nodded and followed the guys. "Ever, swimming is being held in the pool next to the gym," erza told me. "Ill take you!" Juvia said. "I can show wendy and romeo where to go," erza said.

Ethans POV
I followed natsu to the gym and when we got in a tall dark pink haired man spoke, "okay get dressed and come back," he said. We walked into the locker rooms and jellal handed me some black shorts and a tank top. "So we just fight all day?" I asked. "Not really," gray said. "This club is supposed to train our physical endurance and anger managment," jellal told me. "Oh," after we all got dressed we walked out to where the tall man was. "Okay partner up," he said. I partnered with laxus and we stood infront of eachother. "Take him down," the pink haired man said. We both lunged at eachother. "So whats the coachs name?" I asked laxus. "Igneel," he told me. "Natsus dad," he finished. "Really?" I asked, surprised. "Yup thats natsus dad." He said as we kept trying to beat eachother. It was a struggle but laxus eventually got me pinned underneath him. "Okay new exercise," igneel said. "Make eachother mad," he said. "Do what?" I asked. "Make eachother mad." He repeated. "Why" i asked confused. "You have to try to hold back your anger," laxus told me. "That doesnt sound to hard," i said. "Fine, lets let newbie try it first," gajeel said. "Okay." Laxus told them. "Okay lets go simple first," gajeel said. "Youre so stupid," gray said. "And ugly," gajeel spoke. I shrugged my shoulders, "figures" gajeel said. "I bet youve never had a girlfriend," laxus said. They kept insulting me for almost twenty minutes and i wasnt affected by any of it. "Well it seems that insulting you doesnt do anything," jellal said. "There has to be something that affects this guy!" Gray said. "I think i might know," natsu said. "Oh do you?" I asked confidently. "I think i do too, but you go ahead natsu," laxus told him. "Try your best," i dared him. "Your sisters hot," he said. I clenched my fist but i knew i could handle it. 'Shes a big girl' i reminded myself. Natsu walked closer to me, "would you mind if i took her to dinner?" He asked. 'Stay calm'. I tried to stay calm but i could feel myself getting angrier. "Can i ask her to the homecoming?" Natsu asked me. "No." Was all i said. "It seems like its working," gajeel said. "Remeber ethan natsu is just trying to get a rise out of you," jellal reminded me. "Im sure shell look even better in the school swim suit," natsu continued. "You-" i was about to erupt but i knew i could hold back. "Id love to see that body of hers coming out of the water in that swim suit," "I think ill ask her to model it for me later," natsu said this with a wink and it made me even angrier. "You prick!" I yelled as i lunged at him. I was trying to pin him to the ground but it was too hard. I heard the gym doors open but i didnt care, natsu had made me angry. 'How dare you say those horrible things about ever?"
