Chapter 52- girls day

Evers POV
We all decided to hangout the day after christmas so we met here while ethan and the boys all went to elfmans. "So ever- how did natsu give you the ring?" Juvia asked, admiring the promise ring on my finger. "Oh you know- he just- put it on my finger and said- i love you" i felt my face heat up just thinking about how happy natsu has made me. "Aw that sounds so cute!" Mira said, fangirling. "Well im sure you guys had a good christmas too," i said. "Well actually i asked gray sama to move in with me!" Juvia said happily. "Really? What did he say?" I asked. "He said he would have to think about it," juvia admitted. "W-well gajeel asked me too," levy said. "Wait- he did?!" Lucy asked, surprised. Levy nodded, "y-yeah, i- i said yes," she said making us all gasp. "thats so great for you levy!" Wendy said happily. "Will you be sharing a room with him?" Cana asked, smirking. This made levy turn pink, "uh- i uh," juvia cut her off, "yes, and gray sama will be sharing a room with me," she said happily making us all laugh. "What about you girls? Any romance?" I turned towards rose and daisy who were staying quiet on the couch. Roses face turned red but daisy smiled, "well i have a date tonight!" She said happily. "Yeah? With who?" I asked. "His name is jura, he goes to lamia scale," she told us. "Ive met him before," i told her. "Yes, hes a very friendly guy," erza said. "Where are you going?" I asked, "well he wouldnt telk me but he told me to dress casually," she sqid. I thought for a moment, "its probably a movie," i said, making evergreen nod in agreement. "What about you rose? You seem flustered," lisanna said jokingly. Since theyve met lisanna and rose have formed quite a friendship. "Well uh-" she began to speak but daisy cut her off, "john came over!" She said. "Ohh, the boy from grade school?" I asked making rose nod. "And?" Lisanna asked wanting to know more. "Well he uh- were going to hangout on new years," she said. "Ohh bring him to the party!" Mira told her. "Eh i dont know, hes not really good around people," she answered. "Well my place is big enough for you guys to hangout alone, plus you know no one will be mean," she said. Rose nodded, "yeah i can see if hed be up for that." She answered. "What about you erza? How have you and jellal been?" Wendy asked her. "Welluh- i uh- i think hes going to uh-" she cut herself off and turned red. "Is he going to propose to you?" I asked. "I- im not sure but- hes been working extra at the orphanage and saving up for something," she said. "Ooh that does sound like a proposal!" I said. "Well you teo are going to graduate soon so whats so bad about that?" Evergreen asked calmly. "N-nothing its just- i never- ill be so nervous," she finished. "Well thats amazing!" I said. "I- i think laxus may be planning the same," fried admitted, sounding shy. We all turned towards him but evergreen spoke up, "i think hes right. Laxus came out of a jewelery store the other day," she said. "What about you guys?" Rose turned towards lucy and cana. "Oh well uh-" lucy began but cana cut him off, "her old man loves me!" Cana said happily. "Really?" Mira asked. "Well yeah! I mean, i am awesome!" Cana said getting me, wendy and juvia to laugh. "It seems he likes her...sense of humor," lucy admitted. "Well that great!" Erza congradulated them. "What about you wendy?" Juvia asked. "Oh well uh- same old same old, me and romeo are going to the party as a couple so- i guess its fine," she answered. "Aww thats so cute!" Mira squealed.

Ethans POV
"Hey guys," i said as i entered the strauss house. "Your dad already on buissness?" I asked, making elfman nod, "yeah for a little bit," he answered. "So does anyone have anything planned for this new years party?" Jellal asked. "Well actually-" natsu said begining to trail off. "What? You already gave her a ring!" I said. "What? You gave her a ring?" Gajeel asked. "Y-yeah. It was just a promise ring though," natsu said sheepishly. "Well i was actually getting a uh- fireworks display set up," natsu said. "Really? That must be expensive," laxus said. "Eh its alright, i just want to be able to look at them with ever," he said making me roll my eyes. "Im sure itll be pretty," romeo said. "So are we making this like a, couples outing?" Laxus asked. "Well, in a way i guess it already is," gray said. "Yeah i mean, i just got word that even rose and daisy are bringing their dates," elfman said. "So why were you asking jellal? Are you planning something?" Gajeel asked. "W-well i may have- uh-" he trailed off as he pulled out a little velvet box. "Youre proposing?!" We all yelled making jellal turn red and nod. "God damnit!" We turned towards the source of the scream and saw laxus, "that was my idea!" He shouted. "O-oh i- i wasnt aware," jellal told him. "calm down you can both do it," i said making laxus nod. "Wait! Youre both going to propose?!" Natsu said shocked.

A/n: so sorry about the slow updates and this short chapter. Its sad to say it but the hext chapter is going to be the last. Sorry if its a let down, i cant find the right ending for this book.
