Chapter 47- spa resort (3)

Evers POV
After me and natsu got into warmer clothes we headed to the sledding area where there was wendy and romeo waiting for us. "Ever, over here!" Wendy called to us. When we approached romeo spoke, "you guys are going sledding too? It should be fun," he said while i nodded. "Yeah, this one wants to go sledding so-" he stopped when i slapped his arm. "Im just not good at balance so this was better," i explained and wendy nods knowingly. "Alright gang, listen up," we yurned around and saw a scrawny worker talking to us, "oh sorry," wendy said. "Just a few tips and rules for the sledding slopes," he told us. "First off, stay in the sled at all times. We dont want your arm to get taken off," he said with a chuckle, making me and wendy exchange worried glances. "Second, please wait until you have reached the top to jump off of the lift, its higher than you think," he explained. "And finally, hold onto your partners tight, we dont want anyone falling off, do we?" He said. "Well thats pretty much all, take your sleds and get on lift," he pointed to the lift that was behind us, taking people up the mountain. "Alright, lets go," natsu said, but i grabbed his arm. "Why dont you go in front of us, guys?" I asked wendy and romeo. Wendy gave me a worried glance but romeo nodded, "sure. Thanks, ever," he said as the sat down in the lift in front of us. "Whyd you pull me back?" Natsu asked in a hushed tone so they wouldnt hear us. The lift was ascending slowly, bringing us up the mountain. "Because if they were behind us i wouldnt be able to see them while theyre sledding," i said. Natsu laughed, "you want to spy on them? Are you serious?" He asked. I nodded and explained what wendy told me and juvia today. When i was done natsu noded, "cool, ill talk to romeo," he said. "No! You cant. I told wendy i wouldnt tell anyone," i said. Natsu looked like he was in thought for a moment before speaking, "fine, ill just try to find out how he feel, than," i nodded, "fine, thats better," i said. It took us about an hour to fully ascend the mountain and as we got to the top i noticed another worker directing wendy and romeo to sit. As me and natsu got off wendy spoke, "are we allowed to wait for them?" She asked the worker who nodded. "Alright listen, the heavier of you two must be in the back," she told us. Natsu nodded and sat down in the back. "Now put your legs on her side and your arms around her stomach," the worker told us and natsu did as she said. We looked over and i saw wendy blushing while romeo did the same to her. "Alright gang, go in, 3.....2...1!" The worker told us making romeo and natsu push us forcefully fowards. The mountain wasnt too steep but it was very big, giving us time to enjoy the ride. "Is is fun," natsu said as he put his face in my hair that was being whipped around by the wind. We were going moderately fast and the wind was making me close my eyes. I turned to the side so i could open my eyes and i noticed romeo doing to wendy what natsu was doing to me, 'so cute'. The ride lasted a few more minutes and it felt great. When we got to the bottom natsu spoke, "great! Lets do it again!" He said. Wendy nodded, "sure id be fine with that," she answered. We ended up sledding down the mountain a few more times before wendy spoke, "okay im sorry, i dont think i can do that again," she said. I spoke, "i agree with wendy, lets just go back and relax until then" i said. "Okay, lets get some lunch," natsu said. The four of us headed to the cafe that was near the slopes and sat down. We all ordered a pretty small lunch before heading back to the hotel. "We can always go in the hotsprings until then," natsu said. "Yeah but the coed ones require bathing suit so its not as comfty," i said. "Well why dont we use the girls bath?" Wendy asked. I looked to natsu for approval and he nodded, "okay, sounds like a plan. Meet out here in five?" I asked and wendy nodded.

Wendys POV
Me and romeo got back into our room and i went into the bathroom to change into my bathing suit. I made sure he was dressed before coming back out. We met ever and natsu in the hallways and walked to the baths together. "Okay, meet you boys back here in like half an hour," ever said. "Have fun," natsu told her with a wink making me and romeo chuckle. When me and ever got into the room and shut the door ever spoke, "well, lets strip," she said with a chuckle. My face heated up a bit but i did strip and place myself under the water. We both sat there, enjoying the hot waters for a moment before she spoke again, "so, speak," she said making me confused. I gave her a questioning look and she sighed, "about romeo! Hows it going?" She asked. "Uh well- you know same old same old," i said. "Bullshit, when are you going to talk to him?" She asked. "Talk to him about what, again?" I asked. "You know what! You may not have to say i love you but at least tell him youre ready for the next level!"

Romeos POV
"You know what! You may not have to say i love you but at least tell him youre ready for the next level!" We heard ever said from the adjacent room. I felt my face heat up, "ahh romeo- isnt that good to hear?" Natsu asked. I nodded, "y-yeah but i- i didnt know she felt that way," i said. Just then wendy voice came through, "alright i will! Ill talk to him tonight at dinner." She answered. "Oh well- looks like you wont need to do anything," natsu said. "Shh- shit. Should i buy her something? Make her something? Or just-" natsu put a hand over my mouth. "Just chill dude. Dont get her anything, just tell her how you feel," he told me. I nodded as his hand moved from my face. "Okay- ill be ready," i told him. "So what about natsu? Has he...said it yet?" I heard wendy asking ever. I looked to natsu who had his face in his hands. "Do you mean..." ever trailed off making wendy finish, "has he said that he loves you?" Wendy asked. Before ever could answer i saw natsu shake his head no. "No..he hasnt. I mean, that doesnt mean he doesnt love me, right?" She asked. Even i could hear the tint of hurt in her voice. "No ever, im sure he loves you. In fact, i know it!" Wendy said happily. "Im sure stuff just keeps getting in the way," wendy said as if she knew, but natsu nodded signalling that wendy was right. "I guess youre right, i mean, i havent said it either. Well im happy with natsu so, itll happen when it happens," ever answered.

Wendys POV
After we got back to our rooms and ready it was almost time for dinner. We met everyone at the cafe and took our seats in the outside pavilon. "Its such a nice night," gray said. "Its cold though," i said as i shivered. "Well some nice hot food would help," the waiter said as he approached us. "The show will begin in ten minutes, i would like to take your orders," he said. We all order our dinner and waited for the show to start. Just as the waiter was bringout everyones food the fireworks started. A whole array of colors bursted into the sky and erupted. When we were all done eating the fireworks were almost done so we sat there, watching them silently. "So uh romeo-" i broke the silence. "Are we like- official?" I asked. I noticed romeo face turn a bit pink before he answered, "of course we are wendy. I- i think youre amazing," he said before turning to face the fireworks once again. We all walked back to the hotel in a busy chatter and when we got to our rooms jellal spoke, "guys, our bus leaves tommorow at one so be ready by then," he spoke. "Thats a little early," i said making ever, and juvia nod in agreeance. "Well we can wake up around noon, get breakfast and leave," natsu said making romeo and gray nod. "How about us girls go get a mud bath and massage before we leave. We can go early," ever said. "That sounds wonderful!" Erza said. "I could use some pampering!" Lucy said happily. "It does sound like a lot of fun," mira said while lisanna nodded. "As i lady, i cannot deny a mud bath and massage," evergreen said proudly. "Id love to go!" Juvia said making me nod. "I would love to stay in bed until then," cana said making us all laugh. "So its settled, well meet here around 10?" Erza asked. "Good plan, see you tommorow," ever said. "Goodnight guys!" Juvia said as we all went into our rooms.
