Chapter 49- court and christmas plans

Evers POV
The next week was buissness as usual. Training with erza, going to school, being with natsu. But since today is saturday i am getting really nervous. I had on my ugly pantsuit and plain black heels and igneel just texted me saying they would be here in a minute. "Its alright ever, were all going to be there," ethan told me as he noticed me start shaking. "I know i know just- i dont, what kind of punishment will he get?" I asked as i began pacing. "Hopefully death," i heard him mumble just as i saw the red corvette pull up. I opened the door and waved to natsu and igneel in the car. "You can sit up front, ethan," natsu said, getting into the back with me. "You nervous?" Natsu asked. I nodded, "dont be, your case is pretty solid," igneel said. "Yeah plus we have lahar and doranbolt on our side," ethan told me. I felt natsu grab my hand, "itll be okay," he comforted me.

-time skip to after the trial because i wouldnt know how to write that-

"Im sorry ever, that was the best deal we couldve-" i cut doranbolt off by tackling him in a hug. "Thankyou so much!" I said as we fell to the ground. I smiled brightly before realizing the psition we were in, i was laying on top of him, "oh- uh- sorry," i said as i got up. "No its alright, you were excited," he said. "So i take it, you are happy with one year and a sexual offender status?" Lahar asked. I nodded, "i just- he needed some kind of retribution," i said. "Oh ever that was great!" Igneel said as he approached. I held my arms out expecting him to hug me, but instead he picked me up and spun me around while singing, "we won, we won!" I laughed loudly as he put me down. "You did great sis," ethan told me. "I couldnt have done it without you guys," i said. "I really hope this helps you ever," natsu said. I nodded, "it does, thankyou for being there for me," i said as i gave him and ethan a hug. "How about we go out for dinner? My treat," igneel said. "Oh no you dont have to-" lahar cut doranbolt off, "free food, sure well come," he said making us all laugh. We all had a lovely dinner at this fancy italian place before heading home. On the way to our house igneel spoke, "so ever, ethan will you two be joining us on christmas?" Igneel spoke. "Oh im sorry, i told mira i would be at her house for christmas," ethan told him. "Ill be coming though," i explained. "Aw you two wont be together for christmas?" Natsu asked. "Well we are having the party on wednesday and christmas is on saturday so-" ethan said. "Yeah, itll be fun hanging at miras house for the night. You got your presents for everyone?" Natsu asked. "Yeah i got everyone a gift," ethan said. "Dont worry natsu i got you a gift," i said rolling my eyes making natsu chuckle. "You better have because i got you, the best gift ever," he said. "I actually got you and ethan each two gifts. One for the party and one for christmas day," i responded. I noticed both natsu and ethan tense up, "you guys only bought one gift, didnt you?" I asked. Both of them nodded, "well, looks like were stopping at the mall first!" Igneel said as he uturned. "Dont worry igneel, i got you a gift too," i said. "Oh good thing cause if you didnt id be taking your gift back and returning it," he chuckled. We all spent the night at the mall, mostly me and igneel hanging out while the boys looked for last minute gifts. "So did you guys do a secret santa at school?" Igneel asked making me nod, "yeah, well i got ethan and natsu gifts anyway but my secret santa was actaully gajeel," i said. "Oh that boy," igneel chuckled. "Yeah i got him a white double necked guitar," i said. Igneel laughed out loud, "oh no! That boys going to be louder than ever before!" He said. "Well i think hell like it," i said. "Im sure he will," igneel said through laughs.

A/n: yet again i know this is really short but at least the next two chapters will be lengthy. It will be the christmas party and then actual christmas.
