Chapter 10- dates pt. 2

Evers POV
"um- the consoles are in my room," he told me. I felt my face heat up as i answered him, "th-thats okay," i stuttered out. He slowly nodded his head, "alright. Follow me," he said. As we walked out of the dining room into the living room towards the steps igneel looked over and spoke, "dont do anything stupid!" He said. I felt my face get hot and i looked down in embarassment as natsu yelled, "shutup! Were just going to play video games!" He said. Igneel chuckled, "whatever," he said as he turned back to the tv. "Lets go," natsu said as i followed him up the steps. When we got to the top of the stairs i saw the blue kitty again sitting out front of a door. "See?" Natsu said pointing towards the cat, "happy wants to hangout with us, too," he said. He walked to the door and opened it, when we got inside i was surprised. I could tell by the way this room smelled that it was his. I thought it was going to be messy or cluttered but it wasnt that bad. A few papers and candy wrappers laying around but not much else. The room had a white carpet while the walls were a shade of deep red. There was a bed under the window and a dresser next to the bed. On the other side of the room was three bean bag chairs facing a tv stand. From what i could see natsu had multiple consoles. "What would you want to play?" He asked me as i admired his room. "Do you have any mario games?" I asked him. He smiled widely before going to the tv stand and pulling out a few video games cases. "I have mario party, mario kart, and super mario galaxy," he told me. "What about mario kart?" I asked. "Sure, me and the guys get pretty heated when we play this so dont be too upset when you go down," he told me. "Oh is that right?" I said sarcastically. He plugged a few wires into the tv and then brought out a white wii console and put the disc in. I sat in one of the bean bag chairs as he handed me the controller. When natsu was done setting the game up he picked up a bean bag chair and plopped it down next to me before sitting down. As natsu set up the race happy climbed onto my lap, "natsu! Look!" I said excitedly. "Yeah he really likes you i guess," he told me. I smiled proudly before petting him a few times. I could feel him purring even as we started playing. In the first few rounds natsu won easily and i was okay with that but as time went on i got more focused and determined. "Im right behind you!" I said mischeviously. "No! First place shall be mine!" He said as we inched closer to the finish line. Just then i got an item, "oh whats this?" I said, "a blue shell?" I said as i held the shell in front of me. Natsu gasped before saying, "that is totally not fair! Howd you even get that? Youre in second place!" He said as i threw the shell. It immediatly hit him and i just cruised on past. Once i crossed the finish line i did my happy dance, "ha!" I said proudly. "I won!" I said. Natsu smirked, "you won one out of five races," he told me. "Well i won the last one so, that all that matters." I told him. "Again?" He asked me. "I thought youd never ask," i replied.

Ethans POV
Me and mira had an amazing dinner. The food was fancier and more delicious than i could have imagined and the price wasnt too bad either. Of course mira insisted on helping pay the bill but i didnt let her. As we left the resturaunt i spoke up, "so was it as good as youd imagined?" I asked her. She brought her hand to mine and intertwined our fingers as we walked. "It was better than i dream of," she said. We walked in silence for a few minutes until we got out front of her house. "I dont want you to leave yet," she admitted. "Well i dont have to," i told her. "Its only 9 oclock," she looked up at me before asking, "wanna go swing?" I smiled and began walking towards the swing, "but of course," i sat down on the swing and she sat right next to me. "So do you really think im worthy?" I finally asked her. She looked at me quizically before asking, "worthy of what?" "Worthy of taking you to that resturaunt," i told her, "lisanna told me how you feel about it," i admitted. She stayed quiet for a moment but finally spoke, "well i went didnt i?" That didnt give me much confidence but she continued, "i dont know. I just like you... Alot," she admitted. I could feel my face heating up, "i-i like you-" i was trying to speak but mira kept talking, "i hope we can stay together for a while," as she said this she laid her head on my shoulder. We kept sitting there on that swing talking for what seemed like hours. I felt so comfortable having miras body pressed up against mine as we talked about our lives and dreams.
